Owner and groomer is very friendly and cares about your animal. My dog is very comfortable with her. Good price, great results.

Very happy with our experience. We were on vacation and wanted to go to the aquarium, but had the dogs. They needed a clean/cut, so we thought we’d try to find a last minute appointment at a groomer. Called a couple other places and they never responded, but Prestige answered and took the dogs in within the hour. We got to go to the aquarium, and the dogs looked fabulous! She did a great job and the dogs were happy!

This woman gave us our dog back with a shut eye. She said he got soap in it. Now we have a vet bill and have to give him medicine every 3 hours for a week.

We really enjoyed taking Cashew here, she is kind and loving to him and takes the time to care for animals. I love the way her shop looks she has tons of plants and a beautiful garden - she even took the time to give us two tomato plants and dig up potatoes for our dinner when we came to pick up our dog Cashew. I read other reviews of her being cruel to animals but never experienced this and feel like it could be a bit of a racialized misperception mixed with cultural difference, because she is an AAPI elder. I highly recommend her shop. B

The location is nothing fancy, but the groomer (Lido) is fantastic! Recently adopted a cat with VERY matted and dirty fur. After deciding it was too much to take on myself, Lido fit us in the next day and spent over an hour with clippers and brushes getting them out, then a bath, dry, and second pass with the brushes. So much cleaner when she was done!

Highly recommended. After pet salon just opened during COVID 19, we couldn’t find any appointment for our dog. My husband saw the sign while driving by. He called and told him to bring him right away. They are very friendly and my dog got the best hair cut. They did great job cleaning him and he looked so cute.

She took on a job that we told her might be a bit difficult, but she persisted anyways until our dog was scared out of her mind. Our dog went in excited, and came out scared and injured. We had to go to the vet to get her checked out and they found a bad ulcer in her eye. She’s still so scared we can’t even administer her medication. I wanted to like this place, but she placed money over the health of our dog and it costed us much more than she’ll know. Be cautious going here, ask the right questions, and ensure that your dog is safe in her care. We made the mistake of trusting so easily. We now know better. I know it might be inconvenient to you, but I highly suggest you stay and watch her clean your dog. We’re so saddened by this; we don’t want other owners following the same footsteps we unfortunately made.

What a lifesaver! Our three fluffy pooches were long overdue for grooming and so grateful Prestige was open. All three came out happy and beautiful. We live in Carmel Valley but given our SIP conditions and limited businesses open, we would go back! Highly recommend - while the humans are still scruffy, our pups are gorgeous :)

SOS SHE HITS DOGS FLIPS THEM BY THERE PAWS AND SAW HER SMOKING A CIGARETTE WHEN I WALK IN . AND HELD DOWN MY DOGS BEARDS TO CUT THEM !!!! DONT GO DONT GO

In regards to the comment below, all you have to do is let her know that you don't want your dog fed when you drop the dog off. She does exactly what you ask of her. I have a lhaso apso and a shih tzu and time and time again I have brought my dogs here. Every single time she does a FANTASTIC job!! What I really love is that she does not put the dogs in cages .. she has a play area that they are free to roam around in. She has beds and a dog house for them. I have no complaints .. I would HIGHLY recommend you take your dog/cat here!!
