Excellent! Valley Veterinary spayed several cats for us, and were courteous and kind to the kitties every time. They received and returned the cats in the parking lot for Covid safety, and obviously cared about the pets they were handling.

Very caring and thorough. Explained what was happening and explained what to do. Dr.Wallace researched what my pup needed and we were out quickly. Thank you

This is the worst Veterinarian I’ve ever experienced the first thing she did was throw all kinds Of different charges when I was only there for my cats ear ache She gave her a temporary steroid injection and the pain and irritation was right back in two days She insist on giving my cat an ear mite test when I specifically told her my cat did not have ear mites My pet is an indoor cat and does not go outside and her bedding is washed weekly ,she would not Treat my cat unless I Let her Take the Ear mite test which came back negative don’t waste your money with this Veterinarian she Does Not care about animals she’s all about money & is a thief who prays on pet owners emotions Don’t bring her business she will only harm your pet‘s It’s funny how she was trying to push on gabapentin on my cat without even diagnosing her unbelievable ! I am disgusted with this woman I hope that some of you will listen and not take your pet there ! You’ll be wasting your time energy and money! Good luck if you do !

They were rude hanging up on my husband and i believe they killed my dog. It was a good thing my daughter picked up my dogs body before my husband got there because they weren't planning on giving her back to us. However when i saw my poor dogs body, i saw the purple bandage tape around her neck. They said they couldn't find a vein. Well maybe they should hire people who actually paid attention in class.

They were the best, kind and understanding, the best 100% I highly recommend them for any fur baby in need, I had to put my dog down ????????????again the Best ❤️

Staff was friendly and professional. Gill was amazing very informative and caring about getting my dog taken care of for. I appreciate this vet taking in my dog same day even though they were busy.

Took my beloved dog in on Tuesday morning. Was told that she was sick and that meds would help. Asked the lady dr.(not dr gill) some questions. She answered them which gave me hope that my dog would be ok. Took my dog home gave her the mefs prescribed and within 6 hours my dog was dead! No way in hell would I have dropped over $400 only to turn around the very next day to pay out another $400 for cremation. Not only did they not take back the meds that they gave her(she literally was only dosed once) but out of compassion and empathy not even offer a discount for the fact that I spent $ for nothing! Never again! Not here!

Very poor doctor at this office, not enough room to list all my issues with this doctor. There are a lot of other Vets in the area use one of them.

When I need affordable vaccinations or spay and neuter, this is the place to go. I may have to wait a bit, but the price difference is worth it.

I took my dog Oreo in with a laceration on her ear. She was itching nonstop uncontrollably. The Vet diagnosed her quickly with allergies. Explained what he can do to fix her laceration. He would provide me with options to resolve her allergies. After her surgery and a few weeks. Itching was still going on even with the pills they gave. They offered me a shot for her allergies plus apoquel. This did the trick. My dog is happy and healthy again. I would recommend this place to anyone! They are caring and very professional!

We brought our first kitty here today after taking our 3 dogs here and it was a great experience as always. Great advice, attention to our animals, and very affordable services. Fantastic and friendly staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing pet services. I would say even some medical doctor's offices aren't as well kept as this one. The doctor is very informative and friendly. Service was fast and extremely affordable even when compared to all other veterinary facilities in the area. I wish I could give them six stars

I took my dog there he's 24 we waited out side they came and got him it was like 5 minutes later they had his nails done and him back out to me my dog loved it it was do fast they were so nice and a great price

My first time here I took my 2 months old puppy and there was a lot of people, some went fast but for me it was too long, like 3 or 4 hours, I understand that it was the first time and many people was waiting, but I think that’s too much, but I waited patiently, 2nd time I arrived 8:30 on a Saturday, I called to let them know we were there for my puppy’s second dosis and after just 10 minutes we got in, the veterinarian who was a girl she was super friendly and nice, prices are cheaper than other places.

They are wonderful and to the point! Love them! Take wonderful care of my fur babies

My close friend Sugar a playful 10 year old Bichon Frise seemed to have picked up a foxtail left ear the 1st Vet said 5 days next I called Valley Vet Hospital who received her the next morning . She had a lump on her belly that Dr.Cathy Wallace wanted to attend to. I knew of the lump although I wasn't aware it had grew some. Late that afternoon I brought her home doing very well Kind Friendly and Caring is the entire staff. Doing very well Thank you Valley Veterinary #Very affordable rates

You get a quoted price that goes up 300 percent after you drop off your cats for spay and nueter.Last time! I guess he needs help with his Porcshe Cayenne gas bill this month???? This place is what you call a bait and switch was qoute 180 to spay 2 females and nueter 1 male cat, when we show up the bill is $480. And the office staff is very shady. Take your business to Monte Vista or Taylor Vet in Turlock, price is always up front.

This place is a joke! The people who work here are rude and inconsiderate. I will never be coming to this place again. There's a reason why it's the cheapest in town. Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra dollars and go to a professional and CLEAN veterinarian.

The doctors are very kind and informative however the young girls staff members tend to be a bit rude and impatient and rush you along when you're trying to ask questions
