I’ve been taking my dogs and cats here for awhile and they have always done such a great job. Always go over prices to make sure you know what your paying for. Dr. Mann comes to talk to you to let you know how your pet did and what’s wrong. They also have very fair prices! Front desk isn’t rude they are just very busy, they have always greeted me and have been pleasant.

Quoted us a price to get our dogs nails cut, when we where done they doubled the price on us.....they are liers

I came in to get a cat neutered I was asked if I wanted several services such as nail trimming I refused the nail trimming, they did it anyway and charged me. They called me while cat was under sedation said the cat had earmites and they wanted to do an ear cleaning. $35.00 I approved, when I got cat home his ears were still packed with black and looked like no ear wash was done, in checking I noticed he had a severe yeast infection and swelling in ears, Dr did not mention that. The ear cleaning was not added to invoice pocketing money possibly. I opted out of vein IV incase emergency then changed my mind and said go ahead $46 but that was not added to the invoice, probably pocketing that bit. There was a shaved area an his leg but no stick mark where iV would have been. The 2 staff up front that first greeted me were rude and non engaging. Just stared at me when I made conversation. The Dr never says anything to customers. I do not recommend going here because hope foundation cares a lot more and does what they say they are going to do and it is cheaper. Btw if you walk in this place without permission you will get treated like a piece of trash.

I wish i could get all the money I’ve spent there back on my dog, they malpractice and do not diagnose your dog correctly all they want is your money. They have told me my dog has had fleas and skin mites causing her bald spots yet they medications only made my pets symptoms worse and did not help her what so ever and another vet said she does not have either of those!! Care veterinarian is in for a rude awakening and will not get away with malpractice. DO NOT take your pet here it’s worth spending a little extra elsewhere.

Dr Mann and his caring staff took care of our pup when he was attacked by another dog. They made his emergency needs a priority and saw him immediately and made sure that he was well taken care of. We are so grateful for the compassionate care we received and now understand why sometimes the wait can be long. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Is great, staff is friendly & professional. Usually in & out without waiting for to long. Very affordable.

We have been taking our dog here since he was 2 months, and the staff and vet are professional and nice. The only negative thing is the wait time.

I took my cat in to be spayed last year. And she continues to go into what appears to be a "heat cycle". When I called to ask them what could be done, the Dr said they could run a blood test that would cost around $200. And even if it came back that the vet did mess up and my cat had ovarian remnant syndrome, I'd be required to pay for the test AND TO HAVE HIM FIX HIS MISTAKE. Do not take your animals to him. I wonder what else has happened to our pets at his hands

Got me in quickly and were very nice and quick visits are only 29$ I spent 200$ on my visit plus the treatment and medicine

I really love Dr. Mann. I have an extremely difficult dog ( that another vet refused to see) and a cat who has had serious issues. He has been very kind and helpful, returning phone calls, and willing to explain and go into detail concerning my pets vetinarary care and surgeries. He is not afraid of my difficult dog . He actually referred me to a special dog trainer , and she is wonderful. I am really happy with the staff and the treatment of both of my pets there. I would highly recommend Care Vetinarary Hospital????

Around two weeks ago I felt that my dog was almost dying. She ate something that she shouldn't have eaten and I was desperately looking for a vet. After reading the reviews and having a hard time finding a place for this emergency I found Care. My parents who took my dog with them needed someone who speaks Spanish and there was a lady (they don't remember her name) who was very helpful and nice. The price was fair, my dog is healthy again. Thank you very much!

Took my puppy to their appointment to get dewormed, when I came back to get my puppy I noticed his teeth were bleeding. After further investigation, I realized his tooth was chipped/broken. His teeth were perfectly fine before the appointment, which means the vet chipped his tooth while he was there. When I called back they said there was nothing they could do, and that the puppies teeth fall out all the time (even though I clearly told them it was chipped). Im very unsatisfied and angry with the service I received, they’re very careless with their animals!

I dont know if there is supposed to another doctor in there but I took my dog in for a sprang or broken leg. This older woman was the doctor I suppose and they took her back and then come to me and don't explain to me what's happening. I ask if they think it's broken or sprang and she didn't give me an answer and instead tried to get me to pay for pain meds or the x-rays. Mind you they are supposed to check her leg first but they didn't. Thats what the wellness exam I paid for is supposed to do ! My dog wasn't in pain She uses that leg and sometimes limp Basically I paid just for her to come in. How do you work at a vet and not know how to disgnose or want to diagnose. A waste of money. There are better vets out there. Only positive thing is that the girl at the front window is nice. If you care about your pet please don't take them here!!There are better and more affordable places.

Worst service possible. Rescheduled three times then told me today it would be pushed back another week! Ridiculous. They do not "care" about you nor your pet. Will be finding another vet as this office is apparently incompetent. Even called two days before to confirm appointment, still showed today for them to move it another week out. Cant explain how frustrating that is. Absolutely do not recommend.

Did my externship there and saw how they cared for the clients and patients. Awesome Doctor and RVTs. they care about the patients and clients . would definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends.

Definitely 5 out of 5! I've experienced nothing but good things here in the last few years that I've been bringing my pets to Care Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Mann and his staff are caring, knowledgeable and accommodating when possible. I'm moving out-of-state and I'm quite sad that they are only based in Fresno. I could go on and on about all the things I love about this place, but I'll summarize instead: The prices are fair. The professionalism is there. The reliability and responsiveness are spot on! The wait is reasonable considering the restrictions placed on them as a business due to the pandemic. The extra things (i.e. blood panels, x-rays, etc.) are optional but oh so very worth it. The quality of care does not diminish with the prices that they charge.

Very professional and reasonably priced service. They took me in early and I was out by the time my appointment would have started. I would recommend this vet over any of the others.

One of the most economic place in town for vaccines and they offer a package!! Staff is friendly and Dr is fabulous!

I want to thank Care veterinary hospital for calling me that they found my dog Gigi and for keeping her safe. I also want to thank the person who found my dog Gigi and turn her in to care veterinary. Losing a dog is horrible but I’m glad that I found my dog Gigi thanks to care veterinary and the person who turn in Gigi.

I like that they are clean and very friendly. I love their puppy package! Some things are a little pricey for me, but worth the services

The Dr and staff were really helpful.

We have been going here for about 4 years. They made a lasting impression in the beginning when they helped save our dog from Parvo. We continue to go because they have great service and reasonable prices.
