The best. We went thru 3 groomers before them. They are patient and caring with my little pups. Now the dogs don't even put up a fuss anymore. They don't let them get away with any tricks. Before we were getting calls to pick them up because the youngest knew if she screamed bloody murder they would send her home. Her hair was A mess because she never managed to get it cut. They thought they were hurting her. Thank you girls you were life savers.

My fiance and I recently visited the groom room. We had a 8 month old Pomeranian puppy that we wanted to get groomed. We asked for teddy bear bear cut. Well rounded out and fluffy. When we went to go pick up our baby, he looked like a dingo! He didn't even look cute he looked like a stray dog! I would give them zero stars if I could! Not at all what we wanted!!

Brought my pom for teddy bear cut came out looking like a dingo with a hack job. Do not go here if u love your furbaby. Even the owner came out apologizing saying i can get the next cut half off.

Could not be happier. Drove over from Waterford and very glad I did. They are very knowledgeable, patient and did a fantastic job. My GSDs are BIG girls (145# and 110#) and they handled them with no problem. Their prices are very reasonable, which is also very important to me, as I'm on Soc Sec income. My girls both look GREAT! ???? Thank you Groom Room.

Ashley does my 2 year old golden retriever and does an amazing job everytime! She is patient with the dogs regardless of aggression, professional and makes my baby look beautiful! If you're looking to make your puppy pretty I highly recommend Ashley!!!!

My cat hates people but loves his groomer he let her bath him and dry him with lil to no problems very impressed and will go back again. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants their pets in good hands.

A really great location, we brought our poodle that really needed to be groomed, the staff really went out of their way to not only provide an early AM appointment but also were will to help us get veterinary support if needed. At the end of the day my dog was well taken care of, looked like a totally new dog. I will definitely recommend and return for all my dog's grooming needs... A+++

Great Customer Service! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I have a rescued pocket pit, that has a little problem with one of her ears... Ashley is always very careful when cleaning and washing the area. I'm a returning customer, who happens to go quite often. It's convenient that the vet is right next door. And the staff on both sides definitely makes you feel like your pooch is important and loved! My dog always comes back nice and clean!!!!

I love bringing my dogs to get pampered By Ashley! She does the best job with my fur babies, she's so patient and kind with my crazies! 10/10 recommend!

The Groom Room is the best! We have been taking our pomeranian (Dodger) there since his first haircut. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Absolutely competitive pricing and conveniently located next to the vet. We live on the other side of town and still make the drive to visit the Groom Room!
