Each time I entered this locally owned business I was welcome and helped when I asked. Always the best products for the necessary price. My cat food was sold out for weeks at Raley's. Found the only accepted food here. Every time in 5 years I solved my pet issues here. Like this review it's genuine

Great customer service, the ladies in there are super helpful and you can tell they truly care about animals. Also, they have some of the highest quality of food that you can find for your pets there. Definitely my go-to spot from now on. Highly recommended!

Lots of exotic pets. Kinda expensive but good variety

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of food, toys, treats and supplies. I travel 90 miles to get my four legged girl her food and accessories.

This pet store has pet food nutrition specialists on sight to help with any issues in feeding your animals. They provide samples to try what is suggested to get it right. They can test for allergies even. I was very impressed.

This store keeps a huge McCaw that lives 24/7 in a cage so small it can not even stretch it's wings properly. There is also a smaller Amazon parrot in too small of a cage. It is so sad when you can hear its distraught lonely calls even from outside the store. Sounds just like an unhappy baby or cat crying which I am sure both birds are in their depressing environments. A temporary situation is one thing but I was told that both are "store" birds so obviously their future is a dismal one. These birds should be in a sanctuary where they would be happy if they truly cared about them. When I expressed my observations to the clerk upon checkout she accused me of being rude and told me to keep my opinions to myself. I will always speak up for animals when I see inhumanity of any kind. I will buy my pet food elsewhere in the future.

Only had one of two things that I needed but other than that it was great.

Absolutely adore this pet store. Small hole in the wall with amazing costumer service. Adopted two rats from here, they are healthy and social when I met them. Update: adopted a kitty from here. I absolutely adore the staff. Rats are still happy healthy and social. Kitty cat Mochi(formerly ash) is so amazing

This was my first time here and it was a great experience! I needed help finding a good dog food for my frenchie and they were an enormous help! The employees are extremely knowledgeable and are certified dog and cat nutrionisrs. I will definitely be going back
