Was online looking for groomers near me and found these "people". After reading the responses given by the unstable owner, I'm going elsewhere. No wonder the reviews are so bad - the owners are as well!

Any time I look for service I search for the best. Jj is awesome and was able to exceed my expectations. Not only in service but in heart. I promise, Anyone who uses her will definitely become part of her grooming family. ????

They don't take phone calls or voice messages to set appointments, only text messages or email. I left both a voicemail and a text explaining that my dog just needed a 10-minute toe nail clipping (he has fragile toenails and if one cracks it means a $250 visit to the vet). But I never got a response from Go Mobile until I sent them another text an hour later telling them I had found a groomer who actually answered the phone and could take my dog this afternoon. Go Mobile's "professional" text response: "Good for you. We're booked solid for months and wouldn't have a spot for you anyway." Booked solid for months? Shouldn't their phone message system state that they are booked until March or April or whatever she means by "months"? Just as well, I wouldn't want someone with an attitude like this handling my dog, anyway.

Your prices are outrageous. 50 plus dollars just to give a dog under 15 lbs a bath and brush? Quite the scam artist.

Go mobile pet grooming is a top of the line mobile grooming salon, JJ takes her time to get to know your pet and it's needs. She puts her phone down while working on clients pets ensuring they get her devoted one on one attention, I would never use a mobile groomer that is always on her phone distracting her from my pet. As for pricing I am more then willing to pay her rates for the luxury experience my pets receive while in her expert hands. JJ is the best groomer in my opinion hands down anywhere in the state.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with the owner, JJ, and she was very informative and helpful. I did have to wait to be contacted back but her reason was because they don't answer calls or texts while working on pets. I personally wouldn't want someone with sharp instruments working on my babies while talking on the phone and I appreciate her dedication to safety. I can't reply to reviews but I would really like to see what was said to allegedly get a response such as "Good for you." because she was nothing but nice in my interactions with her.

JJ, the owner and her employee LC are phenomenal. I have not had much experience with groomers, I've always been the "I'll do it myself in the tub" kind of doggy dad. I decided to through caution to the wind and pay for a bath for Cooper my overly hyper Chocolate Lab pup. The job done was nothing short of a miracle. Shedding had subsided after the brushing, and he smelled wonderful. With his newly discovered soft and shiny coat .... he was ready to roll in some mud (he's a lab lol). Thanks again GO!! Mobile Pet Grooming y'all are some special folks with a wonderful blessing for what you do.

I have an 11 year old shih tzu with an attitude. He's very picky who he lets groom him. We have been with Cathy for two years. When she went mobile I stayed with her. Cathy and JJ are super awesome. I recommend them for anyone who has dogs with special cases. :)

I saw the van in my neighborhood and I called for an appointment. I had previously used Shear performance mobile grooming, but I was looking for a change. JJ was friendly and courteous. She arrived exactly on time and seemed to instantly bond with my two large dogs. I was happily surprised with the amount of time and attention that she took with each dog. She bathed them each twice with top quality products and trimmed their nails. They emerged from the mobile grooming spa clean and dry with shiny coats. The cost was well worth the excellent service and expertise. I am absolutely sold. Thank you very much, JJ!
