Dr. Ikeda is an amazing vet with vast knowledge of many animal species. I would never take my pets anywhere else. And, in fact, I have been a customer since 1991!

Only one lady of the staff should change her tone and her behavior when she talks to clients. It was second time we came there and she was totally not friendly at all, to the point we thought we came there for free social services. in contrast, the rest of staff was very nice and Doctor Ikeda was always sweet and patient with us. I only gave 4 stars because of this issue

We have been taking our birds to Dr Ikeda since the 90's. You couldn't find a better Veterinarian and his staff is the best. I drive from Lakewood to Mission Viejo because my birds are always given the best care possible.

Great experience. Professional in every aspect. I took my birds in for their annual exam during these uncertain times of Covid-19 and from the day I made the appointment I was provided with clear direction re: their protocol i.e. following state and county guidelines (face coverings, safe distancing, contactless interaction and final transaction.) Well trained, compassionate doctors and staff. Friendly, helpful receptionist. 5-stars all the way around.

My birds have always received excellent care from Dr. Ikeda. He is caring and compassionate with the birds as well as their owners. He is willing to answer all questions and to advise regarding methods to improve bird care at home. The entire staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I highly recommend this hospital and vets. The office staff along with all the techs take a personal interest in every animal in their care. Dr. Ikeda took an emergency drop off for my cat and saw her immediately to diagnose and start treatment. He kept in contact with me on test results and on her progress and she is now doing well and back home. This has been the same story for all my animals using this hospital over the last 10 years. The concern and care is the best.

They are so friendly and caring to not only our dog but to all of us every time we call or come for a visit.
