When I had an emergency with my German Shepherd the day before Christmas Eve, they were able to not only work her in, but find time in their schedule to do sedated Xrays, run a full blood panel and make sure my pup was back to herself in time for pickup. I can't say enough about Dr. Lisek and her communication with me about every step. They were phenomenal! Thank you!

Though I think our golden has received good care, there's been a problem with call backs and communication. They never follow up on diagnosis or procedure's. Just would like better communication my dog can't tell me what happened. I do know she is well cared for while in their care which makes me feel better.

Saved my rescued 9 day old kitten.

My dog Boo, colasped in the middle of the night , she had lived a long 16 plus year life so I knew she was near the end of her expected life. I called Canyon Animal Hospital and they got me in first thing in the morning. Even though I new this day was coming it was very emotional. When I arrived at Canyon Animal Hospital we were taken to a treatment room right away, The Doctor (sorry I don;t recall her name) was there right away and examined Boo and advised me on her condition and with that I knew it was time to say goodbye, Everyone at Canyon Animal hospital showed so much care and compassion knowing the difficulty of having to say goodbye. The service they used for cremation was top notch, they hand delieved Boo's ashes in a beautiful wood box and included a medallion with her paw print and a nice note of condolences wrapped up in a nice package. Finally a couple of days ago I received a card from Canyon Animal Hospital with hand written notes from many of the staff wishing me well through this difficult time. In this age of electronicly generated emails or text, it was very touching to recieve this card.. I believe Canyon Animal Hospital truely sets the standard of care. Thank you so much for the many years of caring for my beloved Boo. Jim

Extremely over priced. We took are bunny there for a FREE check up, and they asked if we wanted her nails trimmed. We agreed, and knew it would cost something, but not $20. That's very unreasonable. they also push many of their services and when you say "no thank You" they make you feel like your a negligent pet parent. UPDATE: The vet has since contacted me and refunded my daughter the full amount. thank You

Great experience during a difficult time, a friend had to put down her cat. Staff was understanding and helpful.

You will not find a more knowledgeable or compassionate veterinary office anywhere. My family has been coming here since my grandfather took my mother's dog sometime in the late 60s, and I will continue to bring my pets here until it's my children's turn to take over.

I'm surprised at the 2 negative comments about Dr. G. He has taken exceptional care of our cavalier, Miss Penny. He has surgically removed bladder stones, changed her diet do an allergy that he detected and he always takes time with the pet owner to explain everything. We have found his prices below the costs that we paid for doc visits with our first cavalier.

In my last animal hours, Dr G and the staff acted quickly, professionally, and competently. They did everything they could to save my dear dog and , when it was clear that it was not in the best interests of my dog, Dr. G told me that if it was his dog, he would not allow it to suffer by further treatment. We had heard that Dr. G was THE doc to take your Wheaten to. Yes, they were absolutely right on. Barkley came in out of sorts and listless with Gastrointestinal and skin ailments. He changed his diet and altered his medications. Now he bounds around and jumps on people (Wheaten Greetin) just like he used to. Heeeeeeez back! Thanks Dr G!
