Dr. Wahl is amazing. We have seen him twice now and I’ll try to only stick with him in the future for my two dogs! Would give him a 5 star. The techs are always lovely too. The other vets I have seen here over the past two years and most recently when Dr. Wahl wasn’t available are always trying to prescribe extra tests and unnecessary things.

Google states that VCA animal hospital is open on Sunday, however, they are closed on Sunday so take your pet elsewhere.

My puppy was having an allergic reaction and he was swelling quickly. My vet told me to take him to another hospital if it is closer. So I stopped by this hospital and they wouldn’t even look at him or let me in the front door. By the time I made it to my vet he was turning blue and needed to be placed on oxygen for an hour. Unfortunately this place is 5 minutes from my place so if I had an emergency this is where I would have gone. But clearly they don’t take emergencies seriously so I will have to find somewhere else to go.

In short, Dr. Kelly Bennett was the reason I love this place. The staff was great but Dr Bennett knows Critters, and knows how to deal with their people.

I just adopted a dog a month ago and I thought he had an ear infection so I took him in to see Dr. W yesterday. I didn't get to meet him due to the corona protocol but he was super nice and straight forward and totally knew his stuff when we talked on the phone. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac and I extend those worries to my dog. The vet tech was also super duper nice and all the front office staff I talked to were nice as well. I like this place because they don't seem as money hungry or try to up-sell you as much as the banfield hospital network. I'm happy I went here and I'll definitely take my dog and cat here as needed in the future.

Super duper friendly staff. They take the time to make sure the animal in question feels safe and secure during their stay. Not all of the vets there are perfect but most of the ones I've taken my dog to are absolutely outstanding. They also take care of the humans too with coffee in the waiting room.

I have been coming here for a year now and I am happy with the treatment my cat and I have received. Seems reasonably priced and I don't feel like I'm pressured into any unnecessary treatments. I feel like they are honest and truly trying to help you take care of your pet. Easy visit protocol during these corona times as well. I recommend this place to my friends and family

They have been great with our two dachshund puppies and are always very informative and kind. I also strongly recommend getting the VCA Care Club; it's a great deal and has been wonderful for our puppies.

I previously gave 5 stars - I had two beautiful fur babies that received the best care with Dr. Bennett. Something (out of my control) had occurred and my indoor cats were let out & unfortunately were never found. I had notified this facility of what happened as one of my cats had an upcoming appointment. I assumed that they would make some type of notation or remove them from my account. Today I received a mailing from VCA advising me that NUGGET is due for a fecal exam!!!!!!!! I am beyond disappointed, hurt, sad AND angry. My beloved cats are no longer with me and this only adds to my heartache!! HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU NEED TO BE TOLD THAT NUGGET & GIZMO ARE GONE! I also gave you a second chance with another cat a few months ago & explained the above situation all over. Will I be returning to this facility - ???? Someone needs to oversee some of these employees that are not DVM's as sometimes a pleasant smiling face may not always do whats expected.

Good services but bad customer service. The morning/afternoon receptionist is terrible. She's an unprofessional, unpatient and rude blonde lady that made me give up on using the establishement for bath/grooming. Really hate her attitude. Which is a pity because Doctor Greg is very nice and the male recepcionist that works late afternoon/evening is a much better professional. Doctor Greg is our current vet and made great recommendations for our dog's health.

Judy is the groomer and my dog loves her. Judy sent me pictures of them playing. It is a great feeling to know you dog is safe, having fun, and perfectly groomed.

Great staff and office. Cat boarding area is amazing. Can almost always get in as needed. Prices a little high as most VCAs but great care.

Very friendly staff and excellent care for my four legged family member.

We picked this place because my wife saw that someone was on site 24/7. Also because the holding area for boarding are set up like rooms at home. When we checked our dog in, we were told they no longer provide an attendant 24/7. They asked us if we would like to be sent texts/pictures telling us how our dog was doing. This was a nice service and said yes, however we did not receive 1 text or picture while she was there. When we picked her up, they gave me her towel she likes to lay on, wet and smelled of urine. Apparently it was in the wash, but the urine smell was extremely strong. While the staff seemed friendly enough, and caring for the animals, we were disappointed overall with our first use of this facility.

14 years. Flawless performance both vet and hotel. Highly recommend

Great techs here, and when I worked here...the hotel portion of the employees REALLY love and care for your pets. The doctors are knowledgeable and hard working.

I have been bringing my 2 puppers to VCA since they were babies and have always loved the staff and vets! I have gotten to know all the staff and they are always gracious, kind and helpful. Both my pups are seniors now and have numerous health issues and needless to say, we go to the vets A LOT and they always receive the best care.

Last Wednesday I had to put my cat lucy to. Sleep. She wAs my baby girl So sweet ,loving and extremely social. Never even freaked out over football screaming I miss her so much But the staff there were so soft and caring it made me accept that I was helping her Have had some rough days but it’s getting better I will eventually get a new shelter kitten and they will defitinely be my vet of choice Thank you all

BCA has always been great, they've always treated me with respect and they are wonderful with my cat. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and very caring. The boarding facilities are outstanding, the doctors are outstanding The Grooming is outstanding. I can't say enough nice things about them

I very much appreciated the care my dog received from this facility. They were knowledgeable and caring and I would definitely take my animals back when needed.
