I really appreciated Dr. Thompson getting my cat in so quickly, on the day of, when other DVMs were fully booked, or not accepting new pet patients due to Covid. Dr. was very thorough and communicated well. The cost was very fair and reasonable. The staff was pleasant and thorough.

An amazing vet clinic! Dr. Thompson is the best - kind and compassionate and wonderfully experienced with almost any ailment, and her staff is also kind and competent as well. Check out her rescue charity as well - carma.org

She was very good, and saved my rabbit with an IV hydration when he had an intestinal blockage. Since, then I have referred her to 2 friends. She was outstanding and identified a material condition in my friend's pet that had previously been overlooked. She is very compassionate, and it is easy to work with her wonderful staff.

Dr. Tiffany is very lovely and professional. My pets, family and i we love this place. They also founded CARMA. Which helps wounded dogs, cats, birds and all. They brings them back to health and then find homes for them. Theres a whole lot of love at that hospital.

You will not find a more honest, loving and compassionate staff let alone veterinarian. Hands down treat you family and truly care about your pet and their well being. Their hearts are in this that’s for sure! Tiffany Thompson and Mission Park have been the only trusted veterinary hospital I have used for more than 10 of my pets over the past 20 years. She has seen them and us through everything, including cancer and chemo for 2 of them. Weve sent countless friends to her and will continue to. Thanks MPPH for your years of love and care.

We would not feel comfortable bringing our pet to this clinic. It is the messiest, smelliest and most unkept veterinarian hospital that we have ever been in. I also doubt that it is very sterile. The staff is quite unfriendly and we would not recommend this pig pen to anyone.

I would like to start by saying that I strongly believe that people are entitled to their opinions and that if you had a bad experience somewhere and you feel it really needs to be shared, then that is your right. With that said, there is a review here that I just cannot ignore because it does not even portray the actual situation that happened. I would also like to add a little side note that I have been volunteering with Dr. Thompson’s animal rescue, CARMA, since it first began in 2011. Since then, we have saved over 1,500 animals and I am so lucky to be a part of this organization. Regarding the review left by “Duge Sweet”, his complaints against Mission Park Pet Hospital do not even describe his real issue, and I would like to explain the situation. His family was interested in fostering puppies for CARMA, so they filled out a foster application and we talked with him about exactly what he was hoping to do. When we got a 6 week old puppy into our rescue that needed a place to stay until he was 8 weeks and ready for adoption, we asked if he and his family would like to foster. They were very excited. When they came to pick the puppy up, we gave them all the supplies necessary to care for the puppy as well as very specific instructions. Because this puppy was only 6 weeks old, he had not had any vaccinations. We explained in detail not to take the puppy to any public locations where the puppy could catch anything. These locations include (but are not limited to) dog parks, pet stores and even your own front yard given the fact that dogs and coyotes and whatever else have access to these areas and carry diseases. We also advised him that this puppy needed to be vaccinated when he turned 8 weeks old and even made an appointment. The family fell in love and wanted to adopt the puppy and we advised them that we could finalize when they came in for the appointment. He did not show up for this appointment and the puppy went 10 days past turning 8 weeks before we could get him to bring the puppy in. When he finally brought the puppy in, he advised us that the puppy had some diarrhea. We immediately ran a test for parvovirus (we actually ended up doing 2 to be sure) and the puppy tested positive. For those of you that do not know, parvo is a very serious disease that can (and all too often does) end with the passing of the puppy. When we asked “Duge” if he had taken the puppy anywhere, he told us that he let the puppy play in his front yard. We explained that due to the access to the front yard, the puppy now has parvo and needs to be hospitalized for treatment. The family checked on the puppy every day, which we appreciated very much. When the puppy, thankfully, recovered and tested negative for parvo after a few days of treatment, we told the family the good news and we also let them know that the decision about letting the family adopt him had to be taken to the board to discuss, given the circumstances. The board decided that the best decision for the puppy was to find him a different home. So, the review left by him doesn’t even have anything to do with why he upset with Mission Park Pet Hospital, he was just trying to hurt us in any way he could. This has been a very difficult situation for everyone involved and I hope that one day the decisions made by our board will be understood by this family. CARMA and Mission Park Pet Hospital will always do what is best for our animals and our patients.

I had to say goodbye to my best friend yesterday. I had never been to Mission Park Pet Hospital but was treated with so much respect and sincerity for choosing to say goodbye. I did not feel pressured in any way to choose one way or the other and truly appreciate everyone's support on one of the worst days imaginable. Thank you everyone for your respect and kindness and making a very hard decision much easier.

Never been to a more considerate, loving, caring place. They're the home base for CARMA too. (CARMA rescues injured deseased animals from shelters. They cure them to total health; and then find homes for them. The whole process. I love them).

Dr. Tiffany and staff were great with my dog. She was recommended by two separate individuals at pet food stores. The price was cheaper than anyone around.

It's just amazing how loving and caring everyone is here. They even have a small thrift shop with pet supplies for all kinds of pets that benefit a rescue called CARMA. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Worst experience EVER! We took our pet there to have her euthanized - a horrible experience in itself, which they at Mission Park successfully managed to make 10x worse. I've read many articles about how animals are treated, especially small ones like dwarf hampsters when they are to be euthanized, and they often are treated very rough when the injection is administered. For this reason we requested that we be present when they do they injection. They told us imphatically "No, its not allowed". We left very emotional and upset --with our Hampster-- and will NEVER bring another pet to this location! Thank you, Mission Park Animal Hospital, for nothing and for making us have to go through this same pain of letting our pet go AGAIN!

Have been taking my dogs here for more than 10 years. Their prices are fair, Dr. Tiffany is so good with my dogs. My dog had a limp and the course of action was very common sense and progressed based on my dog's response to treatment. I've been to other vets that took an overly agrees I've course of action (I think for the $$), and I appreciated that Dr. Tiffany didn't gouge me. It's not going to be the fanciest fuzziest place, but if you want quality care at a fair price you should check it out.

Dr. Tiffany Thompson is absolutely wonderful with the animals and cares so much. We take our cats here and occasionally board them when we are traveling we never worry about them because we know they will receive the best possible care. They also run CARMA which is a great place to adopt animals in need of their "forever home". When your pets need great medical care, it would be hard to find find a better option.

I wish I could give no stars to this horrendous place. From the first moment we stepped in the place it had a horrible stench of urine and feces. The receptionist at the front was rude and the best part is that they charged almost two hundred dollars to look at my bunny for 5 seconds. This place is a rip off and the vet seemed to not really know what she was talking about! I highly recommend looking elsewhere since this place is a complete SCAM!
