Groom At The Top Mission Viejo, California

I brought my boy here for his first groom. Customer service was great, but I was surprised at how quickly they finished considering that I was quoted a 1-3 hour wait time. He was done in 30 minutes. The price is great and I will for sure give this cute little shop another shot.

She is so careless almost killed my dog by cutting a 5 inches hole on my dog's neck. I thought it might be accidental but saw another similar complaint posted and felt obligated to post it here. Be aware. Pets owners have to protectour own. They will tell you any excuses but it's just strange for this happening.

First time coming here and DEFINITELY the last!!!! Brought my dog home to discover cuts and bleeding!!! I cannot believe it!!! Be warned and do not bring your dog here!!!!!

My little Peanut has only ever had one groomer in 6 years and I’m absolutely delighted with the wonderful kind and caring way she was taken care of today. Her grooming is Beautiful

Our vet Dr. Han at Oso pet Care referred us to Groom at the Top. Our puppy Blue walked right in and was happy to be there :) Groomers are super friendly, easy location for drop off/pick up, and price was very reasonable. He received the works, bath, full groom body trim, ears, nails and sanitary trim. Great job and will return!!!

I have been going here for years and would never go anywhere else. Lambchop always looks and smells so great when I pick her up. I know when I leave her she will be treated with love. I trust that she is in good hands and that’s a great feeling.
