A rare find in the pet grooming industry: Affordable. Friendly, dedicated staff. Clean. True pet-lovers. Our regular shop closed, so we gave this place a shot and our expectations were exceeded and some! The shop was inundated with canine clients today, but we were in and out in 25 minutes. We were immediately greeted outside (only groomers and pooches allowed indoors for covid safety), and we were consistently updated by the most on-the-ball host/groomer/cashier about the wait time. This was above and beyond, as we came as walk-ins for two nail trims... ordinarily not high on a groomer's list of priorities in the midst of serving dozens of customers who made appointments. During our short wait, we noticed several groomers hand-delivering pooches to cars, particularly for one client whose arm was in a sleeve. They clearly care about their clients! Two groomers picked up our min pin and chihuahua in practically no time, took them indoors to perform the BEST nail trim we've seen on our whining pooches' impossible-to-trim black nails, and had them out to us before we could even finish our conversation about what to get for lunch. I am hard to please when it comes to my dogs, but thoroughly impressed with the reputable staff's attention to detail. We will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us walk-ins the VIP treatment today.

They did a great job on my 2 pups, till I realized about 4 days later, when my bigger pup wouldn't stop running his junk on the carpert / grass. Pretty much anywhere

I've taken my cat to Golden Touch twice. The most recent time my cat had been sick, so she had shaken medicine all over her face. They did a wonderful job cleaning her up. The staff was extremely friendly and wonderful with my girl.

We have been going to Golden Touch Pet Salon since it opened. It is one of the most reasonable places around. I originally paid $45 for my small dog, which years later was raised to $50. Others have quoted me $65 to $85! They listen to you when you tell them how you want your dog groomed and try to accommodate your requests the best they are able. I referred a friend who had Shih Tzu and a Golden Retriever and she was very pleased as well. Jean, the owner, is always friendly and upbeat, and she accommodates your schedule, as her client load permits. Regarding the person who said she doesn't supervise her staff. I find this unbelievable! All handlers work in one small room; it would be impossible not to know what is going on around you...unless you were blind & deaf.

I'v been taking my dogs here for several years, and the experience has been great for us. The owner adores the animals, and I understand she rescues elderly pets who have been abandoned. Great people.

My dog hasn't acted the same since. He had been to numerous groomers in the past with great feedback and an excellent groom. I recommend taking your dog where less people will be handling them. The owner had no answers for me, no cameras watching her employees and no supervision. Way to many dogs there for her to be able to have any clue how each one is being handled. I am very disappointed.

Love this place. Great service, friendly staff and the owner is a delight. we have an Australian Shepard and she come out soothe, silky and mat free. Highly recommend this groomer!
