Absolutely amazing! The staff was so sweet and considerate. My turtle cracked his shell and I was freaking out because I couldn’t find anyone to treat him without an appointment. They were super nice and knew what they were doing. I was in and out of there within 3 hours and I got 2 medications for him and it was only $150!!! They were the only exotic animal hospital that was open 24hrs that I could find and they did not disappoint!! If I could do 6 stars, I would! Highly recommend

Christmas Eve, 9 week old kitten had to be rushed in and this was the only place open! My regular vet referred me and what a Christmas gift! After 4 hours my little guy Brix came home safely. The staff was very caring and Doctor Baccus was very insightful and got the Brixster all fixed up. Thank you very much to the entire dedicated staff.

Dr. Eileen Ng and the team saved my cats life on Christmas Eve, and tried to get him home to me ASAP, which I massively appreciated. Because of the holiday, I wouldn't have been able to take him anywhere quick enough if this location wasn't open!

At a stressful time, the care team at Animal Urgent Care was very helpful and warm to help our dog with her problems. We were warmly welcomed when we came in and they took care of our dog right away. They made sure we knew what they recommended and let us know an estimate for their services before they were done.

We took our 19 month old Cockapoo in thinking he couldn't breathe. Turns out it's a reverse sneeze and no problems. The staff and Dr. were all caring, kind, efficient and we felt we were in great hands with all of them!

I took my 14 year old Chihuahua in thinking his time had come. The staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor gave honest answers and allowed me to make the choices between taking him home to recover all the way up to the most extensive testing available with no pressure. I am happy to say it was nothing serious and Blue is back home happy and healthy. Thank you to the staff.

I brought my 14 yr old chihuahua, my Beloved BABY Belle here, because she suddenly became ill and she was having a difficult time breathing. My regular vet recommended them because he was too far away (Irvine) and ready to close. It was just about the worst day of my life. The whole staff was so nice and understanding. The vet doctor there consulted with my vet doctor and I. Unfortunately it turned out that I had to make the decision to let Little Belle cross over the rainbow bridge. But we waited for my family and friends to also come and say our “goodbyes” and Belle went to peacefully on her journey, in my arms, knowing she was SO LOVED. I still LOVE and MISS her every day. I received her ashes about a week later along with a beautiful card and her paw print. My heart still aches every day for my little bestie.

My dog had a huge tumor on his spleen which exploded, he was bleeding internally and was going to die if surgery to remove hadnt been performed immediately. My dog was in great hands, the vet and surgeon gave me all my options for him, i chose surgery to save his life. He was in excellent hands. The staff and vet were all Wonderful. The place was clean and not crowded or busy. There was also some snacks and drinks. The surgeon did an excellent job and saved my dogs life. I highly recommend this facility in every way. I just didnt like some of the negative feedback i heard with certainty about my dog without 100% biopsy results, i want to chose to be positive and leave my dogs life and his length of life in the hands of the universe. My dog is doing really well. Its a miracle. He is a miracle. He is the love of my soul and he is ok, and i know he will be fine. Thanks for reading. Much love ????

Nice facility with friendly staff, however the 3 stars is for their unnecessary testing/fees.. they quoted me over $2,000 in a bunch of stuff my dog didn’t need. Thankfully I did my own research and opted to just get him fluids and have anti nausea medicine administered. I’m grateful that they helped my puppy, but if I didn’t know any better myself, I would have paid through the nose in a bunch of uneccessary stuff.

Took my pup here a few nights ago after he gave me a scare and threw up some blood at 4 a.m. The staff was kind, calm, and collected. Dr. Zamora was so precious and immediately made me feel like my pup was in good hands and calmed my "new mom" nerves. The rest of the staff was great and honest about pricing and what services I could wait on to save money by going to my regular vet.

This 24 hour clinic is not one you ever want to have to visit, but is one that you will be happy exists because if you need it, your pet is very sick. The care is excellent; fees are commensurate with normal vet bills and the availability is the difference between life and death in some situations for a beloved family member.

We brought our little chihuahua to Urgent Care because he was having a terrible allergic reaction to a vaccine. They took him in immediately and within an hour he was feeling better. Their urgent attention to him was really appreciated, it was a scary situation. They also communicated great with us during his treatment. I have needed to use this Urgent Care a few times, they are always courteous and provide exceptional service. Their waiting area is very well appointed too, especially if you are there for an extended amount of time. Going to an Urgent Care with your pet is usually a very stressful situation, but this team really does their best to put you at ease. Thank you!

Thank you to your staff! We brought our Odie into the facility on Saturday. We were seen quickly and Dr. CROSS and her staff were wonderful with our Odie. Our visit was to ensure he did not have a ruptured gallbladder they put our mind at ease. It is a bit pricey but to be expected for an urgent visit. Beautiful location, place was clean, thorough, knowledgeable and professional.

This place was great. I had to take my dog here overnight as she had a seizure. They were very accommodating and very thorough. The technician spent a lot of time trying to understand the case and talking with me. The doctor spent a lot of time with me to explain things. They seemed all very caring to my dog. I received paperwork with very detailed info on her results and her exams. The thoroughness and compassion shown was better than any other place I’ve visited in the area. I just wish they were 24 hrs because i was so impressed with them.

I was happy they were open at midnight on Veteran's Day while my dog went into multiple seizures to bring him for analysis. Price was high but what I expected and the 7:30am mandatory pick up was rough, but I felt they cared about my animal, and that was important.

Friday night was the third time the Mission Viejo Animal Urgent Care vets and staff saved the life of one of our pets. This time our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel ingested a long string of dental floss, which can lead to a very painful death. The vet, the tech and the staff were, as always, efficient, professional and understanding. We were kept informed as they worked to empty the contents of our Cavalier's stomach, and they were able to retrieve the floss. The vet tech even brought out the offending floss in a bowl for me to see. The fees were more than fair (something that we are always pleasantly pleased about every time we have used MV Animal Urgent Care) and not any higher than if this hadn't been an emergency. It is hard to begin to express how grateful our family is that Animal Urgent Care is there when we need them and we can count on their terrific staff. Thank you all so much!

Took my dog in for a split dewclaw. Doctors and techs fixed him up accordingly. Reviewed my itemized bill in the examination room to which I asked the doctor to leave out a cone and pain medication (which we already had from previous vet appointments). After the visit I went to pay and discovered they had ADDED an additional charge for his bandage. $54.00. Guess they’re going to Make back that money from the cone and pain medication one way or another. Great with veterinary work, lacking in business ethics. Next time I’ll spend the $10 at riteaid on a ace bandage and prewrap and do it myself. Unreal.
