Doctor was thorough in answering my questions and explaining options for testing at this stage and possible further stages. I was impressed with her knowledge and was in total agreement with the plan. It made sense to me. Taking the time to thoroughly explain and to listen to my concerns

We were very concerned when we lost our family vet a few years back, as we had been going to him for over 40 years, so when we found APCC, we were so happy & relived to see how friendly & caring everyone was. They take wonderful care of our babies & always make sure our questions & concerns are fully addressed as well. 10 out of 10 all around.

I love Dr. Dewey and all the staff at Alicia Pet Care. They are always so helpful, quick to listen, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and genuinely care about the animals they take care of. I only trust them with my fur baby! Taking the time to go through all her exam with me and answering all my questions. Really they took the time to explain everything and it's always appreciated!

APCC is great! This review should have happened a LONG time ago, as they were part of our family for almost 9 years. The ONLY reason we're not seeing them anymore is because we moved to Arizona! We will miss them because of the very special care that our kitties received. They've spoiled us. Every single person is pleasant and professional whether you talk to them on the phone, email or in person. We've seen Dr. Wheaton, Dr. Northrop and several other vets; we've never had a concern w/ who our kitties have seen, because it's been great service all the time. It's so appreciated to not have a worry; it's always been consistent and efficient, from start to finish. It was really appreciated that the knowledge was there. It was usually a learning experience whenever we went in w/ the boys for their appointments. The knowledge that was shared w/ us looked up from various veterinary websites was definitely appreciated. It also gave us even more reassurance that our boys (our kitties) were getting optimal care and consideration. We’ve reached out to them via email, from AZ as it wasn’t easy finding someone we could trust enough to get us to come back to. We thought it would be very nice if they had an Arizona office near us to go to! We would highly recommend Alicia Pet Care Center. If you like your pet/pets being so well cared for and appreciate great knowledge, care and efficiency, APCC is the place for you.

Very caring people who provide great quality and professional service at fair price.

I like the overall service and that it is close to our place. Prices are not too bad either.. One thing though- always consider pros and cons of a medicine a vet suggests. Our previous pet Coco developed a autoimmune reaction to one of the experimental allergy medications suggested, which he lost his life to after batting for a year.. It was painful but I still appreciate all the understanding we got from the Vets at APCC and VCA afterwards

I was impressed with the size and efficiency of the office. The staff seemed very caring and knowledgeable. The office is closed to our home and our first visit was better than our experience with the last vet. Our dog is EXTREMELY dog reactive and going to the vet is traumatizing to her, to me and to the veterinary personnel and other dogs. She's been to three trainers and we reached out to the trainer recommended on APCC's site. I was grateful that the staff did their best with her extreme special needs and that the doctor really took her time to go over the treatment options with me.

Thank you for keeping track of our dog's vaccinations and need for scheduling preventative refills and appointments. Staff are always well trained, helpful, friendly and informative. Always a pleasure using your services. I appreciate quality of information and interactions with staff. Staff always treat our fur baby with care and kindness.

I won't take my dog anywhere else. Caring, attentive staff, very nice and clean facility, brilliant veterinarians. Also the friendliest humans you'll meet, and they actually figured out what the heck was wrong with my pooch and then fixed her!

The team is overall amazing and passionate about education and care for our furbaby...I am so grateful for the team to be so attentive, professional and communicative to share their thoughts and suggestions on how and when to proceed with our puppy journey. APCC has an amazing staff and all the technicians and Vets are helpful and knowledgeable. Every experience is positive for my pet and me. They connect with my dogs and make them feel comfortable during all their visits.

APCC is the best place to care for your animals. They find unique ways to facilitate anxious pets and stay very current on ways to treat my pet family. I always feel that I am a part of the care being given to my pets.

Leia is always well taken care of. Everyone I have spoken to has commented on what a good dog she is. I feel like I can trust what is being told to me in regard to her care. Attention to detail and explaining about her care.

They're the top rated vet in the OC for a reason! Top notch service and advice, vet techs are great.

They've been pretty good but I lost my key fob from a rental car in the lot and they were SUUUUPER gnarly negative when I asked if they would look in our parking spot for it

The staff is awesome and the vet dr that treated my Corgi really cares about pets. For my dog, she put together a great plan and hopefully he will heal quickly. My only real criticism is the waiting in the car. I hope they will transition so pet owners can meet the vet in person and be with their loved ones when being treated by the vet and assistant. I know it's not just their office that does this right now but I hope they will consider allowing us back inside. If this can't be done, perhaps the vet dr can come out and see the pet owner at his or her car. The phone thing seems very detached. I still love this vet clinic and the vet drs. Overall, the staff is extremely caring from the receptionist to the doctor. They are great!!

We love the attentiveness APCC offers. We always feel like everyone that works here spends the time we need with us!

I am blown away by the kindness of the staff here. I have had to make a few last minute appointments and they are always so caring, understanding, and accommodating. As a first time pup owner, they answer all of my questions and take their time with me. Definitely recommend!

I just moved to Orange County and needed a new vet ASAP. They fit us in quickly and made the whole "new patient process" a breeze. Dr. Bronstein was kind, thorough, and professional. Staff was knowledgable and friendly. Great vet :)

I rescued Ms Longears from the last Hound Hall and was so impressed with how well you took care of her. I have another rescue that deserves the best as well. I was so impressed with how nice everyone was and they genuinely cared about the animals

We have a very tricky German Shepherd puppy. The Dr, and especially the staff (Taylor) has been incredible. They all have the expertise, desire to help and patience to offer any assistance to help us and our puppy. Our adult German Shepherd has been going here for almost 9 years… they truly are the best. They care more about my animals than I could possibly hope for.

Best doctors and office staff.

I moved out of the area and still drive almost 2 hours to continue my dogs care at APCC. You are always accomodating and get us in. The local vet wanted me to wait 2 weeks to bring my dog in who was sick and vomitting and turned out to have a liver issue. I was able to get in right away with APCC and am always happy with the care and treatment recommendations. The standard of care and service by all staff is consistent and campassionate.

Great service and care here. We come to see Dr. Lara Ashbran The personal care and attention Dr. Ashbran gives to my pets, my family and myself is excellent.
