Management should hire more checkers. I go almost weekly and the always have a long line and only one checker, inventory concerns too. I buy the same dog food over and over and they never have enough. I was having to go to two different stores. On a good note it caused me to go on line and i found it cheaper from another vendor. The workers are always pleasant and parking is easy.

My store for basking lights the best prices around. (10am)cashier today was great friendly and helpful.

My brother had a particular type of dog food he needed. Petco didn't carry it. Thank goodness Pet Smart to the rescue.

Went ti the Eastvale pet smart really nice and clean for the first time I finely got to see people with there dogs letting them pick there own treat and toh I bought a really good water pump and filter for my turtle and heat and UVB bulbs people where there on the spot to help me and my turtle is happy to

Had my dog groomed recently and was really happy with the cut and way they took care of my dog. Staff was great. Top notch job by all involved and very happy. Convenient location in eastvale as well. So could see me going back again if needed. The draw back is the prices have gone up a ton and add on's are not cheap. I spend $85 with just a shampoo, haircut, and oatmeal top dog package. My dog was more sensitive skin so had to do it but a lot more then my normal spot. Quality, of the grooming and care of my dog I give it an A+ ???? . The price for the service and what it includes I would give it a C ????.

Friendly staff, clean store, fully stocked. Prices are right. Always have what we need. Never had to go somewhere else.

Always the slowest checkout ever, walked in there's a dozen people waiting in line to pay. Check out time 20 minutes. Maybe you should open up another cashier Lane after six people in line

Clean and stocked. I've had mixed experiences with the groomers, it seems it just depends on the individual you get. The aquarium selection is more robust than I've seen in past years.

I ordered everything online from the link in my email, it was supposed to give me 20% off, but it did not. The good part was when I went to the store I walked in stood at the pickup order and somebody came took my order number and carried the stuff to my car it was really fast.

I was there 15 minutes before closing and I knew the exact fish I wanted he actually denied me a fish because he said he was working on closing other things up. This is the only Petco where I haven’t been helped. Manager definitely wants to get home instead of staying before his store closes to help customers.

I enjoy that they have a large selection of cat items and foods. Other pet stores don't have nearly the amount of options as PetSmart. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because every single time I'm here, there is a huge line to checkout.

Store looked well stocked and organized. I quickly found what I needed and there were multiple registers free of customers to choose from. In and out in a flash

Great experience and that's owed to the New Cashier guy who with his personality sets a good vibe. He's upbeat, helpful and courteous all while multitasking. Shame on me for not checking the badge for his name but he can't be missed, because he totally stands out. Great job! ????Stay awesome ????????
