We board our dog here and get him groomed several times a year. They take great care of him and I feel comfortable leaving him in their care. Ramona and Richard are the best!

We have used this place for years and have never had a problem. My dogs love it here and get so excited when we turn into their driveway. I would definitely recommend this place for boarding and they do a great grooming job too.

The Renners have been taking care of our fur babies when we're out of town for over twenty years now. Some of our mutts have had health issues, especially as they aged, and they've taken the extra effort to make sure they're well cared for.

They have been great with my large dogs in both boarding and grooming. My dogs love it there! They can't wait to get out of my vehicle and go in. They get my extra thanks when accepting my dogs to board at a moments notice during my emergency hospitalizations. They have been there for my dogs and myself. I highly recommend this business.

I've been taking all my pets here for the past two decades and I'm always pleased with the compassion of the staff. My pets are not the easiest to work with. I highly recommend this place.

We stopped by at 4pm to view the kennels before boarding our 3 dogs there. We were met by numerous boxers barking out of control through the fence. An older woman asked what we wanted then told us to "read the sign, it says go around during back!" It was confusing since the sign pointed to the right but the fence was shut with a loose chain. We had to get out and open the gate ourselves before driving thru. When we reached the house in the back and knocked we were met with "we're closed, what are you doing here?" Now we are totally confused as we were instructed to READ THE SIGN and go to the back, then the hours out front said open 8-5pm. On top of that I called 3 different times and left a message. I left there and headed to Kenner Kennels down the street. We were treated with respect by a very knowledgeable woman who has 26 years experience!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE!!! I picked up my dogs sunday 11/6/2016 after being boarded for over 2 weeks while my husband and I were on our honeymoon. My older dog was fine however the 10 month old puppy was near DEATH. He could not walk, lost almost 20 lbs, had thick green mucus coming out of his nose and eyes. Romona had said very casually, well kylo hasn’t been wanting to eat for the last few days” OMG he was so sick. When I said that to her and pointed out the green mucus she just turned around and grabbed a rag and wiped his eyes. We took him to the vet immediately and they did blood work, put him on an iv and did an xray. His numbers for his vital organs were more than 5 times higher than normal. After many long nights and several vet visits it was determined he had a blockage. After surgery the doctor told me he pulled out a corn cob in his intestine. The facility refused to pay for his bills, said he chewed a toy from us even though the report says corn cob and we have the damn corn cob. She is cold and heartless and left my precious baby to die in a kennel WITH NO LOVE OR SUPERVISION, THEY HAVE no record of when he last ate, vomited, pooped, or urinated. THIS PLACE IS NEGLANT AND WE WILL BE GOING TO COURT FOR THE ALMOST FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS OF VET BILLS! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CREATING A FACEBOOK PAGE WITH ALL VET FINDING, BLOOD WORK, PICTURES OF HIM BEFORE AND AFTER AND AM SCHEDULING A PROTEST IN FRONT OF THEIR FACILITY SO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER PET!

I brought my long-haired cat in to be shaveved. I have used this groomer many times before. I didn't notice until after I got home that my cat had a very large & deep cut on her lower abdomen where the leg attaches. This was Friday of Memorial weekend. I called the groomer to let them know of the injury, an older lady hung up on me after saying she would pass the message along, but she didn't take my name or number. I tried calling back but the phone was not answered so I left a message on the machine. I am seriously concerned about my cat's injury. What did she go through while in their care? They don't seem concerned at all. I wish I could post a picture of the cut. It's beginning to smell bad so we will probably end up at the vet.

Country Place is the ONLY place that I trust enough to leave my dogs when I am unable to be there for them. As a licensed pet sitter myself, this is no small admission. I have been involved in Boston Terrier, Basset Hound and Boxer rescue for many years and seen many boarding facilities in my time and none of them have even come close to offering the level of service, care and expertise that my animals receive at Country Place. When I arrive at the kennel to drop of my furkids, they jump out of the car and charge to the door to greet everyone. They are always so happy to be there that they completely forget that I even exist. The kennels are indoor/outdoor and the dogs are given lots of playtime in the yard. Ramona, the kennel manager, has an intuition and a way with dogs that is unlike any I have ever seen. She cares for these dogs as if they were her own. All of the staff at Country place are incredible, accommodating and amazing and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality boarding facility for their pet where their pet will be treated with love and kindness. I have friends who drive from Long each to Riverside to board their dogs at Country Place. Give them a call and a visit. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. This place is a doggie paradise!

We absolutely LOVE this place! I visited every kennel in Riverside and Corona looking for a place where I would be comfortable leaving my dogs for a night. This place was the only one where I felt they would be comfortable, loved, and cared for as if they were at home. The staff is amazing! When you need a doggie hotel, this is the place to go!
