They always took good care of my Pomeranian

I have been taking my pet to them for almost 2 years.

Friendly staff, however, due to an incorrect cone size provided by the clinic (they even requested I come in for fitting to prevent this exact scenario), our cat was able to ruin 11 days of healing and now he needs to go into surgery costing us nearly $2k. Had the clinic provided us the correct size we wouldn't need to have done any of this.

While the service here is effective and one of the cheaper ones, the response times on hold can be VERY long. Had to bring Dog for emergency appointment, and it took 10 to 15 minutes just to get him checked in. And this was after I called in ahead.

We took our oldest cat who had been missing for awhile here. She looked really bad, we don't know where she had been or what may have happened to her. She was a feral but we loved her anyway. The news wasn't good and she had to be put down. They were so kind and caring to my sister (the main care giver of the feral cats) and the hard decision she had to make.

Doctors & staff are extremely friendly. They treat my dogs like their own. Very knowledgeable. I have recommended them to a number of friends & everyone feels the same way I do.

Very good service and advice, fast service and reasonable prices.

I'm so glad that I found this place for my doggie I was so scared and they fit me in and to find out what was wrong with her everyone theveryone there seems to have hearts of gold????

A very affordable and friendly vet

We've been going to Parktown since 2008. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The vets really love and care for the pets. They'll present options and explain the risks and benefits. You also don't get the sense that they're trying to upsell you on unnecessary services.

My doggy was treated extremely well , loving staff and reasonable prices. Thank you park town, I will definitely be back❣️

Always great service for my pet. She's been a patient at Parktown for about 6 years and has received great care. We've had a couple of urgent situations and they have been very accommodating!

I really like the staff here. They're very nice and try to help as much as possible. Only reason for the 3 star would be the wait. I arrived to my dog's 11:45 appointment at 11:30am. Was there for several hours without warning.

Love Parktown. We've been going to this vet little under 20 years. They've taken care of our fur babies for a long time and although I now live an hour away I still come here just because I trust them.

Thanks for making my fur baby feel better and getting her shots updated.. See you in July to get her spayed..

First time visiting. The staff is very friendly. With covid restrictions you cannot go in with your pet but the staff will call you while you wait in your car to inform you of their findings from the pets visit.

Always am waiting at least 15 minutes on the phone and they do not return messages. Overall I am dissatisfied with their customer service. Will be finding a new vet that doesn’t make every appointment a 2 hour ordeal.

The staff are polite and the vets are competent. However this clinic seems to have taken on way more clients than they can handle, and/or they are very understaffed for the volume of clients they receive. Expect an extremely long wait for everything. I have never once called in and spoken to a staff promptly. The minimum hold time is 15 minutes, and the longest was 45 minutes. When bringing your pet for any regular appointment, expect to spend 2 hours here. It takes them an hour to bring out your pet AFTER the doctor calls you to say the examination is done, which means your pet is just waiting inside to be brought out to you. I will be looking for a different vet who handles their client volume more efficiently.

This clinic is a blessing for me and my little girl from the day I adopted her (5 years). The staff is super caring, super nice and super patient. They even took care of my cat when I needed a daycare. This place gives me always the peace of mind that my little girl is in safe hands!

Despite Covid affecting local businesses and how they operate, they've always done their best to help us with our fuzzy family member!

I have been coming here infrequently for years and they have always treated my pets well. They are not money focused like a lot of other clinics. All the staff I've interacted with are very nice and caring. The doctors are very skilled and helpful and they do not push procedures on you. They are upfront with their pricing as well.

Well organized pet drop off and pick up procedures.

Excellent staff! Unfortunately I visited here to make final arrangements for my family dog, but non the less the staff was very helpful and empathetic during the whole process. I will be using this office for all of my veterinary needs from now on. Prices are fair as well.
