The hospital seemed very disorganized. My husband and I waited for 30 minutes for our cats to be seen on an appointment and waited for another 45 minutes for the check-out. At the check-in, the front desk lost our prescription record and seemed did not know what they were doing. Before the check out, a vet assistant mis-record the shots’ due dates of the cats and explained it was because “her computer does not have the information of the front desk.” The service was okay last year, but according to a nurse “the whole office is new and all old ones are gone.”

What is the point of making an appointment if they can't keep it. Twice now I've had to wait 2+ hours for an appointment with no forewarning given for me to adjust my schedule. I understand that emergencies happen, and my routine appointment is definitely not as important as an emergency, but a little communication would go a long way instead of having me wait in my car all afternoon. I will find a new vet after this last visit.

Very honest and professional and reasonable price and treated my wife very well . They are a great shop and my service dog Waldo and my wife franny will take all our transmission work here , God bless you all

Dependable and compassionate vet and staff. Dr. Ryce obviously cares a lot about her furry patients and she is patient when explaining the course of treatment to a concerned pet parent.

We were told to order x-rays to find out if my dog's leg was broken. It has taken 3 days to know the result. As of this, we still don't know. What is the point now??? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Great people. Trust them all. My dog lives going there and never leaves upset.

We found our dog another vet for two major reasons - the price is really steep and the doctors tend to recommend more aggressive treatments without convincing reasons. The medicine prescribed usually got my dog even more sick.....Also, the doctors did not provide cost estimates before performing pricy (in thousands range) treatments - you have to ask for it. Other than that, the doctors, assistants, and front desks are really friendly and responsive. I would say if your dog only needs regular check up and you dont mind high price, this place could be fine. Otherwise, look further. [Edit] We would like to keep our comment anonymous because we know we may be pinned down. And yes, this is exactly what happened. We also want to echo with another review - indeed, they like to suggest unnecessary but pricy tests without convincing reasons. And yes, one of the doctors is quite dramatic.
