Friendly staff. Kimi usually freaks out with nail trimming but not with the Spot staff. They are very gentle with her.

Fantastic staff and care, my King Charles cavalier is quite sensitive but they took all my requests for extra care and did a fabulous job. I’m so happy we finally found a groomer my pup likes.

Spot is reliable; your pet will be finished when they tell you it will. It is professional; I’ve never had a complaint about their handling of my dog. The staff is not always “friendly,” but I assume it’s because they are so busy they don’t have time as it is often difficult to get an appointment. I keep going back, so my dog just waits until they can fit him in.

Love SPOT Dog Grooming! Brought my Jack Russell Terrier puppy in today. He was so beautifully groomed & trimmed. His coat was slick, smooth and cut so even. A darling polka dot bandana was put on him upon his exit, so cute!! These ladies are kind, attentive and caring. Highly recommended

Great staff, loving, caring, dog lovers, groomers, your pup gets a blueberry facial, bath, cut, teeth brushed, nails filed, and they don't make you wait all day.

I was desperate to find a place to trim my pit bulls' nails today while we were already out. I called my vet, Tamalpais Pet, and they recommended Spot Care Pet. So, I called them and found out I was too late for AM nailing trimming time; & much too early for the PM. Ok, I kind of begged to see if they would take care of my dog anyway since I was already in Mill Valley. Without hesitation, they said, "Yes!" So, not only did they do a great job on his nails but they also made me & my dog feel welcomed & cared for as if we were one of the family. Yes, we will definitely be back!'
