I took my dogs to Adobe until they disappeared and transferred me to this clinic. I am so happy with them. Very professional and responsive, lovely people, and they’ve taken great care of my dog.

MV Pet Clinic was recommended to me by a coworker many years ago when I got my first dog and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I moved abroad and recently came back for a visit, bringing the same dog who is now 16 years old in and Dr Charlie and the staff are still just as kind, knowledgeable and as caring as ever. I have lived both in Europe & Asia and Dr Charlie is still hands down the most knowledgeable vet I have met. He really takes his time to explain everything, including the science as well as the testing methods which he continues to use the latest of. I really appreciate this as my dog is now quite senior and has had chronic pancreatitis for 4 years now and the advice/testing was the most advanced I’ve received thus far. His advice always feels genuinely given based on what’s best for your pet versus trying to make a profit. Granted, prices are not the lowest out there but I feel they are more than in line with the quality of service you receive and I trust my little guy 100% with them. For me that in and of itself speaks volumes since our pets are family!

The staff at Mill Valley Pet Clinic are fantastic. We visited many times for regular shots and check ups and we never had any problems. Recently our dog developed cancer and, when it was her time, the staff were super caring and looked after us fully. They are professional and thoughtful at all times.

Im sorry to read about your one star experience at the Pet Clinic....and yes, I would agree, that any substantial costs to the pet owner should be discussed before moving forward....I am new to the area here in this lovely village of Mill Valley, and I live alone with my 5 year old English blonde Lab, "Moosey"....he is the most loving, caring and sweet part of my family, and I am VERY VERY thorough in regard to human beings that Moosey is with if Im not around. WE protect each other in a crazy growing world, where at times people get caught up in that momentum. But our best friends, our pets do not. He keeps me grounded, and reminded of what real love is....THAT ALL SAID- my good friend Leudmilla referred me to go and see Charlie at the Pet Clinic when Moose had his canine needs...and yes, I thought the inititial appointment was a bit costly, but soon as Charlie and I acknowledged how much I love and care for my dog, (which Charlie does as well to say the least...), and that I am not a wealthy man- get to know CHARLIE!! Charlie is a GOOD MAN! Once you have a relationship so to speak with the next most important person in your pet's world then yours, being Charlie- then you will appreciate how much he DOES CARE about you and your pet/'best friend'!!!! Charlie is not there to rip off anyone...but you must speak with the man who is helping you....I give Charlie, Mandy and all else at the Clinic a 5-PLUS. THANKS

We moved our pet care to Mill Valley Pet Clinic when our 15 year old dog was suffering from a terminal illness. They were understanding, supportive, and pragmatic in their treatment. She got the best treatment we could provide under the circumstances. Since then, we have had three of our dogs under their care and in every case they were caring and reasonable providing us with options and recommendations that made sense. They were also accomodating and flexible with our financial needs and pressures. They are the best clinic that we have found in the Bay Area.
