Kitty Charm School Mill Valley, California

I had never boarded my cat before and was pretty nervous to. Kitty Charm School helped alleviate my fears with their amazing facility and kind and attentive staff. You can tell they actually enjoy working with the cats. They are very professional and were accommodating when I had a bit of a schedule change. I love their "Kitty Mail" feature which sends videos of the cats either daily or every other day. They kept me updated on her eating habits and any weight fluctuations seeing as cats can have issues eating in boarding. This is definitely my go-to place for future boarding.

Kitty charm school is a great place to board your cat; they are really friendly. I board my cats there often. One of my favorite things about it is that they make small videos of your cat and email them to you “kitty mail”!!

Caring and professional. Helped our cat adjust. Managed her tricky medicines. Kitty Mail allowed us to keep tabs via video posts of her well being. Highly recommended.

I have now completed 2 successful stays at KCS with another on the way shortly. My cats love it here - as much as a cat can love boarding, and really settle in quickly to the routine at KCS. The staff is very knowledgeable and responsive, and they seem to genuinely care about the wellbeing of your pets. Highly recommend!

Looking back again on YouTube videos of Miss Mynx, my not so nice kitty who has been dubbed Miss “Meanx” heheh, the videos remind me of how loving and wonderful Kitty’s charm School was to her! They did everything from giving her attention daily, lots of room to roam, covering her skybox if feeling anxious to tracking how much she ate & used the restroom to ensure all was A-OK. They went from having a growling and hissing little one to kisses and that is far superior to anyone who has come to my home to watch her has managed in such a short time! If you are unable to have someone come to your house (which is best as they are most comfortable there of course) I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I was in tears having to leave her, but the emails and updates provided with video footage and the care provided to top that was beyond what I have seen of or heard of anywhere else. This is top notch care and such an amazing deal to boot. You can tell they are all animal lovers here and you can rest your mind at ease leaving your baby in their care. I am relieved knowing I have KCS as an option if I must leave and need someone to care for Miss Mynx. ???? thank you so much.

We left our cat in their care for over 2 months, and were thrilled with the level of attention and passion. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Our older cat developed a medical issue which they noticed immediately, contacted us, and handled veterinary transport and medication. He was totally pampered (spoiled, even!) and we will definitely bring our cat back here for our next trip. The Kitty Mail service is so reassuring when you're halfway around the world.

Sarah Haynes owns this place and her staff is top notch! It's a very clean facility and they take very good care of the cats. It's a great place to board your cat!

If your cat is spoiled and high maintenance than this is the place for you! The cats get their own rooms and are cared for very attentively while still getting their space. If you have a cat with special needs that you aren't comfortable leaving at home when you're away then this is a great option. They check in with you every day and are very communicative. This is the best kitty treatment around.

Website says they open on Sunday's drove down here and they're closed. Not so charming

Spectacular! I left my kitty, Socks, at KCS for two weeks. Socks and I had never been away from one another and she had never had a sleepover any where else. I was nervous but tremendously reassured by the staff at KCS the minute that I went to see the facilities. On every door, for every Kitty, there is a chart about that respective kitty's eating and bathroom habits, so to speak. The same day that I dropped Socks at KCS, I started receiving videos of her. To say that these were comforting is an understatement! I saw Socks so happy, playful, and interacting with everyone there including the Kitty Whisperers. Early in her stay, she wasn't eating enough so Sarah "jump started" her tummy with some wet food and all was well. Every time that I had ANY concern and emailed them, Sarah and her staff, emailed me back within hours. For me to be in a foreign country and to know that Socks was so well loved, speaks VOLUMES about KCS. In addition, since Socks hadn't been around many other people other than myself and my family, in the three years that I have had her, she has become much more social and seems to feel much more safe with other people now. I believe that the love and care that she received at KCS changed her world view!
