Called to see if I could get a grooming appointment. A man answered rudely. I had to ask if I was calling the right place. He was very rude. I will not even consider them for grooming my little Maltese!

I have been going to Bark’n Biscuit for over 2 years now and I am so thankful Merced has this gem! Amazing staff that really care for both my pups. My oldest dog has very bad anxiety and they do such an amazing job with him. The one time I took him to PetSmart they said he was too problematic and needed training. However Bark’n Biscuit has never once said anything negative about him and in fact tell me he does very well. 100% recommend this shop to everyone!

My Sadie is a good old girl and she really knows to be have when they make her nails the perfect length. I miss them & so does Sadie. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

I have rather large German Shepherd who turns into whine baby when I bring her to get her nails trimmed. The young man who trims her shows no fear and is VERY patient with her. She loves the homemade cookies. Very pleased with this place.

Always friendly, curtious , and efficient. Miss Lady Gaga gets her nails trimmed quite offten, she has no issues and she can be a bit moody at times .

I'm an RVT (veterinary nurse) I COULD groom my own dog if I wanted to. I've done it before. But my dog hates it when I groom him, he cooperates with Desiree though, and he loves her. She does an amazing job everytime and he looks 10 times better than the job I could do (because I'm not a groomer). The work Desiree does is high quality and at a great price, I'd pay $30+ more each time my dog goes in if that's what she charged!

I took my little dog there and the first couple of time they did a great job. Perfect puppies cut she was totally adorable. These last two times of taking her in she looked worse coming out than she did going in.. Looked like a kid butchered he hair uneven all over. Very disappointed in the quality if service

I take my dog Tod here. He is so happy when I drop him off and I pick him up. I feel comfortable with Bark'n Biscuit. Tod comes back clean and smelling so good. He always gets the deep conditioner.

My son took my Maltese to this salon and explained we wanted a Maltese cut. He did have a few matts on his legs but their way of handling it was to shave him down to his skin. They even shaved his tail to nothing. Of course he came home shaking, I assumed because he was cold. The next morning, I woke up to him having a seizure in my bed and every time we moved him, he would yell out and cry. My vet checked him out and couldn't find anything wrong with him so I'm just wondering what happened to him at this salon. Did he fall off the table or what. Also does the son do the shaving, I assumed it was the lady. I would not recommend this place to anyone that loves their dogs. Very sad.

New to the area and Murph's COVID haircut was out of control. Easy to get in & great job. No nicks or hot spots.

Tried calling several times to make an appointment. The one time they did pickup they were rude and unhelpful. I love supporting local businesses, but definitely not this one!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I started at "Pet Extreme? in Turlock and when I found out my favorite groomer left and opened her own shop in Merced I called her right away to set up an appointment....and I'm happy to say that I continue to love her work and I only trust her go groom my babies.

Dropped off my poopie... And he was taken back I was called about an hour and an half later or some where around there my poopie was finished. He looked nice and nails were trimmed. Just a very heavy scent of wet animals and just super warm in there. I know it's a grooming place its supposed to smell of wet pets. Anways, Louis did a Very nice Job. I apologize its that I'm just sensitive to smells. Due to health issues.

Nice grooming pet salon. Our dog hates getting a haircut but they go out of their way to try and make it a good experience for him. Competitively priced.
