Took my dogs in this morning and was not happy with them. The lady at the front with the long as eyelashes and stuff on her lip is very unprofessional. Got mad bc I said I wasn’t paying for a service you didn’t do. Ask for my dogs nails to be cut, trimmed etc and it was not done. But she wanted me to pay for it and I said no and she got mad. Big mad! Worse place ever and their prices are ridiculous I have 2 Yorkies. Don’t go here!

Took my dog in to get hes nails trim. No appointment, walked in,took less then ten minutes. My pup was very happy. See you guys in a couple of months.

The groomers here are fantastic. They know our dogs by name and are real sweet with them. The owner is very pleasant. The prices are fair. They are usually pretty busy, so book early.

Did an appointment for my 2 shih tzus a week in advance, when the appointment day came i dropped them off then i get a call from them within 5 min saying they would not groom my them because of a prior dog i have taken before which makes no sense since it was my first time there, DO NOT take ur pets here unprofesional and give no explanations on why they couldn't finish the job!

Karina is next level. She's a wizard. I have a fussy pug and no one has EVER gotten his nails done as quickly, and as well, as she has on our first ever visit today. Will be coming in for their super-cheap high quality walk-in nail trims for the rest of my dog's life! (As long as Karina is there, though I'm sure everyone else is absolutely lovely too!)

Brought our cocker spaniel in for a full grooming. He has never looked better. If we are ever in the area again and in need of this service we will be back.

Beware before taking your baby here. They are careless they cut both my baby Maltese ears. Cut what to short and injured his ears then got infected. They didn’t let us know we figured it out our selfs. I would recommend taking your baby else where. I called and basically told us we signed a consent form stating anything bad that happens to your baby is not there fault tough luck. The manager/owner won’t even return calls back.

The groomers at the pet parlor are the best, I have been taking my pup here for about 2yrs now and client satisfaction is what they strive for. Try them out you will NOT be disappointed.

a good place to take your dog or cat

My dog Gobi was groomed today and noticed that the skin under his eyes was ripped off. When I asked them to explain, the groomer said she tried to apply conditioner, but the skin came off when she tried to clean the area. She said that it happens if the tear build up isn't maintained clean. My dogs have been on a scheduled grooming schedule for years and not one groomer has hurt my dog. Other dog groomers have applied the conditioner and "GENTLY" cleaned the area as best they can without hurting my dog. While I will admit to not properly maintaining my dogs tear build up there is no way I can accept that the groomer had to hurt my dog. I mean...the second she noticed she was pulling off his skin why didn't she stop? And when she pulled off his skin under one eye why did she proceed to do the other eye? All I can gather is that this must be a normal thing at this pet groomers, because common sense would dictate that the dog's owner be called and apprised of the situation before moving forward. Now I have to worry about his injury getting infected. I'm going to take a few breaths and figure out what I'm going to do. I'm completely beside myself seeing my poor dog with lacerations under both his eyes.

The staff here are very friendly! They will accept schedules usually within the day you called. The prices are very reasonable and go off the size of your pet. The grooming of this place is wonderful.

Great service, the groomers are kind and patient with my separation anxiety ridden dog. They do a great job and she looks beautiful. I have returned several times and always get good service. I have recommended the Pet Parlor to my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks for treating my girl so nicely.

If there was a no star I would give it. Says open till 5. I called to get 4 dogs nails clipped. Only takes few minutes. They were closed ! Bad business !

I took my shih tzu there for the first time to get groomed today. I was scared at first because past groomers hurt my dog to the point she had to have stitches. After a year I tried this place. I was extremely satisfied. Stephanie did the best job in the world to my dog. The women there are very professional, friendly, clean, and my baby wasn't there all day......this is the place to go to. They were sort of friendly, my dog seemed happy that he got a hair cut, he was well overdue. Hair cut cake out a bit uneven and I saw all the reviews about 1st time customers get $5 off but I was charged full price of $51 for my dogs first time..

Took my two King Charles Cavs to get their summer cuts for the 1st Time, was able to make a same day appnt! Sadie & Cooper’s cut came out great! Price was a little higher than other places but will be back!

Well, I don’t usually do these, so here I go, I thought I had before and I was really happy, gave them a 5 stars. Now not so much, staff is nice, although the first cut was really nice, I was very happy, went back 2nd time, it was so uneven, I had to bring her back, to get it evened out, which they did happily, while making excuses that she wiggles and seemed to be annoyed that I called them out on it, the first cut was $45.00 second cut was $51.00??? So I was happy. Took my dog back for a third cut, told them 3 strikes their out of it isn’t right, well it was worse then last time, for some unknown reason she shaved her face! Barely cut her hair, but cut her ears and beard too short, I had to touch it up, didn’t cut her nails much if they did at all, it’s only been three weeks! She needs to get groomed again. So, I’m going to get another groomer, she looks like I never took her, after paying yet another $51.00. So yeah we’re good!

I brought my Yorkie to them after having a horrible experience at Petsmart (they had done a chop job from hell and that was the manager of the grooming salon). I had to wait months for his hair to grow. I heard great reviews about this place and had to try them. I’m SOOO glad O did! The staff is super nice and sweet to my little man. They did an amazing cut to make my dog look cute again. Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed!

I have a chow chow and know how much work they are to groom. His first time there he was done in 3 1/2 hours! That’s amazing compared to the previous groomers that took 7-8 hours to finish him up. I’m very pleased with the service and will be a regular customer from now on. Plus my chow chow was happy and looked amazing!

Recently relocated to the area and trying to get all the services squared away os hot and miss. 2 weeks ago I took my fur baby to a spot that I thought would be a hit instead it was a miss. So the search began again, and when I called Valerie was so very pleasant and inviting. We had our first visit yestedau, I met the owner and again I can't say enough about The Pet Pair except it is a HIT! Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby ladies.
