I found this location during an emergency I had with one of my dogs and he could not be seen at regular vet. They were able to see me right away and took care of my baby. I have seen them a few times since for emergencies and they have been nothing short of excellent. I have placed all my pets care in their hands. I am able to speak with the Vet personally which is a huge difference from any other place that I have been to. They have a very clean facility, polite staff, extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, if you live far it is worth the drive. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.. v/r

It is being run under Nasir Ahmed’s daughter, Sarah now. ***Caution to all who love their pets!! Same place, New Name!! *** _______________________ BEWARE! Just so you know, I wouldn’t take my pet here anymore if I were you. There have been YEARS of legal actions and investigations into this Dr and establishment. Negligence and abuse....too many people’s animals have died unnecessary deaths. Please protect your pet, do your research and take them to another vet!

our golden retriever collapsed about two weeks ago, we couldn't get in at our regular vet, we couldn't get into either one of the emergency vets , so ended up at Murrietta Regional Animal Hospital. Even though it was a sad day for us , the new owners were very knowledgeable and treated us with much compassion. We highly recommend our new vet.

DO NOzt GO HERE!! This place has changed its name to Murrieta Regional Animal Hospital. They are responsible for mutilation and killing of pets!! Barbaric!

If I could give zero stars I would. No empathy, over priced, killed my pet , in my opinion. Be VERY aware before going to this place.

I took my dog here the other day cause she was having problems with her bladder and I took her in and they didnt do absolutely nothing for her and I had to pay a lot for it, and they send her back saying she was ready to go. Once I took her home she wasn’t able to pee and it it just got worse and yet they still charged me, even when they didn’t do her job correctly, thanks to them my dog just died a couple days ago. I definitely do not recommend leaving you pets here at all they have no idea where there doing. If it were up to me I would have them all fired!!!

Thank you all for your comments, I was going to take my turtle there for a check up ! But after reading a few reviews on this place and the Dr. work ethics, I will definitely never go there! I will also tell all my friends and relatives to say far away from this place!

Called to ask for details and set up an appointment and a man answered very rude didn’t wanna give me price information until I told him that I am coming from far away ... With that kind of service I don’t even want to go to that place.!

Should be no stars. Very poor service. We had an appointment to have our dog’s teeth cleaned today but we had to wait a long time in the office when dropping our dog off. They had added all kinds of extras to charges to the procedure and wanted us to pay for services before even before any cleaning was done. Our dog had also had so much pee when we picked her up that I don’t think they let her out to use the bathroom. They never called us after the procedure to let us know how she was doing. They never called to let us know that she was done and ready to be picked up. We’ll never bring our dogs there again.

Drove 5 hours for an appointment when I finally got to my prebooked appointment that I had called to confirm 3 times prior they told me they were busy and can’t see me and had no record of my appointment. Place is absolutely the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been Indian guy at desk was rude and asked me to leave when I asked for the managers

I loved the staff they were awesome !!! The new vet i seen was awesome she explained everything to me and was not pushy like some vets can be and she cared about my dog and that is everything to me ! I will keep coming back !!! If you want a great place to take your animals i highly recommend them !

How is this place still open?! The negligence from this facility is beyond me. Save your time, money and animal and find another place because you will be overcharged and possibly not come home with your animal.

I don’t know how to explain this, but I’m gonna say that this is a very very terrible place to go and take a family pet for service . This guy is A money monger all he wanna do is take your Money he should not be in business to treat Anyone’s pet!!! I’m sure he knows that after he Was put on probation for years!! Took my dog here for care, the staff and Dr were very helpful and really transparent when it came to diagnosis and treatment options. No pressure environment and they work with you. Thank you again for helping Winston again!

Horrible do not go there

Exotics lovers beware! The Doctor is NOT knowledgeable about snakes! and has a record (I looked his license up). Honestly, if you love your EXOTIC baby take them to CARE Animal Hospital instead (that hospital has 4.7 Stars on Google Review! and one of their doctors has been working with exotics for 30 years. If you're worried about location they are located in Temecula about 15 minutes away from All Creatures) If you are interested in my experience with this Vet: I took a snake to this hospital, with full knowledge that the snake had a URI and needed antibiotics. Needless to say, after a series of negligent recommendations from the Vet and a lot of wasted money the snake was brought face to face with death. If I had kept taking the snake to this vet, he would have DIED. I see that there are a few good reviews but I would NEVER recommenced this place for a reptile. Save your money and your EXOTIC pet's life by going elsewhere friends!

I have three Great Pyrenees. This Animal hospital has it all from grooming to operations absolutely fantastic experience. They just truly take care of my pets

I took my guineapig here yesterday. I was in dire need of help because she couldnt even walk.. he picked her up, didnt even check her breathing or anything and said “head trauma” gave me medicine and gave her a shot. She got much worse after the medication and passed away that same night. 360 dollars and I get a bunch of meds with no explanation. It really sucks when there is no exotic pet emergency anywhere near here and I had to result in coming here. I will never take any of my pet here.

Very happy with this place, Dr.Ahmed is a true doctor that really cares and goes out his way for his patients! He calls to follow up all the time and always goes out of his way to help and do a good job... best repro hospital around I highly recommend this place!

ZERO STARS The Doctor is a scammer the facility is dirty smells the Customer service is bad I brought my Kitten there for Exam she had not ate in 3 days and I was quoted $600.00 dollar's and she need it to stay over night the man wasn't friendly to my kitten he was money hungry . I took her some where also gave her Antibiotics and vitamins and now she's doing great for under 150 dollars vs. 600.00 DO NOT GO THERE

STAY AWAY. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!! Infections are very common of you have any surgeries here. The vet does not seem to care at all about the problem going on with your pet but is quick to want to perform surgeries and make you buy very expensive medication that is not necessary. My dog is usually very good at the vet but when I had to take her here she was so anxious and could not wait to leave this place. Murrieta Oaks Vet has amazing caring doctors please take your loved ones there. Or anywhere else but here! Would not recommend this place!!

please DO NOT take your pet here! took my dog here and he had simple blockage and they did nothing to help him and took all of our money and said he couldn't do anything else and we took our dog to the cal oaks vet and they actually removed the blockage in only one day for less money than Dr.Death. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!

This guy looked at my turtles for 2.6 seconds and did not give a prognosis and quoted outrageous fees. He does not even land in the realm of competitive pricing. He price gouges asking for almost $3,000.00. Really? Who does that? It was bad enough he charged me $110.00 for an office visit for 2 turtles. Hell, I didn't pay that for my cat! I left his office and went to the LLLReptile Store in Menifee and got more information about what was going on with my turtle than from this so called licensed vet (...I use the term ("vet") very loosely). TRASH VET! If I could give this yahoo a negative number I would.
