Horibble reputation, nothing agenst the people who work there but if your going for reptile supply's go to LLLreptile store much better. But this place can have somestuff that other stores dont cause its huge.

Just walked out of the grooming salon. I waited my turn to enter the grooming salon to drop my dog off. When it was turn to enter I stood inside a few minutes waiting to be greeted and 2 girls walked up with 2 dogs. They motioned 2 people to come inside to pick up their dogs while I stood there waiting. I said I thought only 1 family was supposed to be in there at a time. One of the girls just shrugged her shoulders. They never greeted me and took 2 people in line behind me when I was clearly there first. I walked out. I have been going there for over a year and will never step foot in there again. Obviously they have no sense of customer service. If they care so poorly for customers they certainly can't care about the animals. Do not go to this salon. And the place was filthy.

Understaffed, not sure if this is a temporary thing due to Covid or the great resignation. At any rate it's not beneficial to the store. Somehow they still manage to be helpful! The workers are great and will help you find anything! Unfortunately you'll need a lot of that help because the store lacks aisle numbers making it difficult to locate things. For example they probably carry close to a hundred different dog foods and they're spread out on both sides of the store through multiple aisles making it difficult to find what you're looking for.

Salon is great and helpful but a little busy. Great selection of dog and cat food for the size of this petsmart.

Not happy with this PetSmart grooming department. I specifically asked for my dogs eyebrows not to be cut off...they were. My other dog they couldn't groom at all because they said he was nervous. I took him somewhere else and he was fine....hmmmm Will not go back.

Great personality, keep up the good work, I had issues before hurt one of my boys cut to low on nail bleeding, called told them so they can be more careful, I always let the gals know so far great!
