Moondoggies Grooming Salon Murrieta, California

Yeah, they take a long time. Completely understandable with how many dogs they get and not very many people working. I drop my dog off early in the morning and get him around 2 or 3. I think perfection takes time. But my dog always looks amazing when I pick him up. I took my dog to Petsmart (not in murrieta) and they cut his skin and he got a rash so then I had to pay for a vet bill on top of the ridiculous price for his grooming, that has never happend to him at Moondoggies so I LOVE it there and the prices.

Took our dog Roscoe, he got the works done on him. Smelled and looked so good, his coat is still so shiny and soft. Plus the staff there were so friendly and nice.

Great place. Excellent groomers. Absolutely the cleanest and nicest grooming salon I've ever seen. The people are really nice too.

This is awesome place I took my 40 pound terrier mix there witch she is very timid and shy they did an awesome job With her and came back looking better if I could I would rate them 1000 I recommend if u have a shy timid or scared dog the first one is before and the second is after

Oh how we miss you guys! We just recently moved out of state but used Moondoggies for almost 9 years. Always an amazing grooming for our two Maltese. Penny and Tucker miss you guys and thank you for an amazing service for all those years.

I have now taken both my Lab and Mutt here and I will not go anywhere else! I cannot recommend them enough. Firstly, they have a genuine care and gentleness with your animal. Secondly, they do an AMAZING job grooming your pet. My lab is 10 going on 11 and she went in lookin like an old old dog and came out looking like a young pup again! She is so much happier with her wash and shave. My mutt just needed a good clean as I don't want to shave her bc she loves to sunbath and oh my she is soooooo soft and de-shedded and smells so wonderful. She was terrified going in, but they were so patient and kind with her. I love that they actually care about my dogs. Please if your dog needs grooming/shave go to them! They're wonderful!

I have been taking my Shih Tzu Millie to Moondoggies for several years. I love their professionalism and their kindness to Milly and their always friendly and very polite. Thank you Moondoggies for being so patient and kind to Millie (Shih Tzu) and me. I would give you guys 10 stars if I could.

Today was the first time my fur babies went to Moondoggies. I am beside myself with thanks because I brought home 2 beautifully groomed dogs and for the first time EVER, my babies did not come home stressed out. I am so happy I found this business and will DEFINITELY be back. Next time I will bring all 3 dogs!!!

Moondoggies is awesome! They take pride in their work and special care of each and every dog that comes in. I was nervous to leave my rescued greyhound for the first time but when I walked in she was asleep and happy as can be. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I love Moondoggies. I've been a customer for quite a while and refuse to go anywhere else. The prices are great for what you get (a perfectly groomed dog!) and I'm always happy with the way my 3 dogs look after they get groomed at Moondoggies. My groomer, Erin, is awesome!

My groomer of 3 years moved out of state and I called and booked my cocker spaniel an appointment here and they did a pretty good job on her first grooming. They were very attentive to what I wanted and my pup looked great ????

I wish I could leave zero stars. I dropped my dog off at 8am with an appointment. He was the 2nd dog there and we were told they could only "guarantee" that he would be done within 4 hours. I assumed this was the standard that they tell everyone throughout the day and since he was one of the first ones there, he would obviously be taken care of first. This was not the case. After calling to check in 2 hours later I was told that they do a "rotation" system where they prep "all" the dogs, then wash "all" the dogs, then trim "all" the dogs.. Which doesnt make sense to me as dogs are bring brought in continuously. I have never heard of this system before. It cannot possibly save them any time as they are still doing the same amount of work. It only causes the dogs to be left in cages for longer. But I was assured that my dog would be trimmed first, as he was there first. I assumed he would be done prior to the 4 hour mark, since there were multiple dogs dropped off within just minutes of mine and they were told the same "guaranteed done within 4 hours" as I was. He was done at 12:30pm. I have never had any other groomer use this same "system" and cannot understand why they do. I will NEVER be going back here and will be sharing this story with neighbors.

Good people, good price, good with my dog

This place is GREAT! There are several people working there so it's clean, efficient, and great accountability. Our dog is 14 years old and has a difficult time walking up a ramp and into the tub, the way it is at most places. This place has a floor level tub, and they did a great job. Very very reasonably priced. They do great work and are very kind. Be sure to leave them a tip!
