My dog wasn't even there 10 minutes and was diagnosed with a possible brain tumor. And quickly referred me to a numerologist and did specify that the MRI was about 3,000 dollars. We couldn't enter the facility even with mask on. Who does an exam in less than 10 minutes, the paper work had the same weight when they seen her in 2018. @9.50 lbs when I just took her to another vet Saturday weighing @7.45lbs and they diagnosed my dog with a possible middle ear infection took a culture checked her heart . Won't be going back to this vet.

The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional and has a problem with customers asking questions. I believe her name was Marlene. Non the less definitely will stop taking my pets there.

False advertising on their website they are not low-cost spay and neuter they are high-priced quoted me 250 for a male cat Sun City Veterinarian quoted me $55 you do the math

I have an 8 month old golden that I got spayed here. The staff were very nice, especially Luz who helped during her surgery. Dr Bogner did her surgery, and they were both very nice and patient and answered all my questions (which were a lot and I called probably 10 times for follow up questions and concerns). Her first and second day after being spayed were not great. She was very nauseous and wouldn’t eat or drink Bc of anesthesia, and had an upset tummy. The staff took me for an apt right away and gave her some new meds and she was perfect after! Great job and would recommend to a friend.

I wish you can make your appointment much sooner than the date they give you. My cat really needs to be treated but they wanted me to wait a week. I think my cat needs to be treated much sooner than that. I guess it's not really their fault if they're just super busy all the time, I just don't know what to do.

I took my dog to be seen for one thing and got shots and got everything else for other stuff that she really didn't need that at the time and then the price it is a ripoff not recommendable

5 stars for the staff and everyone involved with my hyper husky. He was scheduled for a neutering and despite being a very playful, hyper wild young dog, they were able to go through with the process and handle him. Kara brought Blue out and was extremely friendly and professional. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you.

Marlene, the front dest receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. I took my dog to get her vaccines updated which included her rabies. They are only doing curbside drop offs due to COVID. After the exam, the tech brought my dog out and said someone will hand me the rabies certificate after payment. So, I called and paid over the phone and when Marlene asked if I wanted a receipt I said no but I never said no to the certificate. So I waited and waited for the certificate in my car and finally I called again. I kindly asked about the certificate and she didn't even let me finish my sentence saying well you said you did not want it. I asked her if the receipt and certificate are on one document and she said no but they bring out the certificate with the receipt. I told her I did not know that, I simply said no to the receipt NOT the certificate!. She comes out almost throwing it in my car, walks away shaking her head. We have been taking our pets there for a long time and recently 2 weeks ago had to put our other dog down due to stomach cancer. It was hard enough my dog has separation anxiety from the passing of her brother, he would comfort her at vet exams and today was the first time she came all by herself. Driving my dog all by herself brought back memories of our other dog. The attitude today was totally not needed!

We had an appointment for my dog but my wife who is handicap was having medical issues and cause our pet to miss his appointment. Now we are not welcome back until we pay the missed appointment fee. Shame on this Business as it seems they care more about their money than they do about their pets.

I made an appointment, paid their $60 deposit to hold my dogs appointment. Day before they called to confirm the appointment and left a v/m. Day of appointment we had all intentions on going until there was a family emergency and we completely spaced about it until after they closed. I called them the next business day to reschedule. Ruth stated no problem but we will need to charge you another $60. This is also after I told her why we didn't make the appointment. She also stated in a different tone to.me well we did call you the day before to confirm the appointment. What did that matter? Anyways I said well is there a manager I can talk to about not charging me another $60? She said yes but she won't be in until tmrw which means an entire day will go by without an appointment. Ruth said the manager is the only person who can make that decision so I said well I sure do hope the right decision is made because I don't want to have to blast them on sociL media about this. Next day I call back and talk with Karla who states she can't make that decision it is the Medical Directors decision and she won't be in until the next day! so I'm thinking oh great 1 more day of no appointment but Karla did book an appointment. Next day Karla calls me to tell me that the director went over the notes and because I said I would blast them on social media if I didn't get a refund they have decided NOT TO SEE MY PET!!!! but they will refund my money. So to me that means they do not care about the well being of pets they only care that a client would give negative reviews about them. And yet here I am still leaving a negative review!

Will not be returning. They would not answe my calls and one time slammed the phone on me. I spent a lot of money on both my pets there. But no more. I paid for seizure medication, i was given just a few. I had to use my friends phone to make the call. I was told very harshly that they come in is when i will get them. Than she slammed the phone on ne.

The only thing I do not like is not being able to go in with my dog, she has separation anxiety. For this reason, I may look for another vet, other than that, the doctors and staff are great.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would,this place has ZERO compassion for animals and are only concerned with cash. My dog was shot in the head with a .45 calibur gun by someone trespassing on our property and because I didnt have 2500 cash on the spot they refused to do anything,not even stop the bleeding. They are sick and twisted to allow any animal to suffer

This place handled an emergency situation very well. My dog ate rat poison and he's still kicking and pushing thanks to menifee animal hospital. BLU AND I appreciate you guys

Extremely disappointed as I put my cat down and someone didn't do their job correctly, and I didn't receive her paw print, add insult to injury the doctor that put my animal down was very cold to me. I will never use this facility again as they have broken my trust with them...Be aware if you have to put your animal down, rude doctor, not all the docs are bad here but this time I am extremely unhappy and not satisfied with an I am sorry!

First visit there was a 5 star. Everyone was friendly and polite. The vet sounded very educated. (Met over phone due to covid). Second visit, not so much! Lack of manners and customer service skills were obvious! 2 staff members attitudes and rudeness have now made me take my health care for my dog elsewhere! (One male while we were there & one female on the phone when I called to speak to a Manager). For how much it costs to care for our pet, we deserve better customer service and proper manners. I was looking for a forever vet for my new puppy. It won't be there! I spent $109 that day for the vet to basically tell me what she guessed made him sick. No bueno!!

Great experience at this vet! Everyone that I came in contact with was polite. And they explained everything that was going on. And what was going to happen. I brought in my 10 month old kitten. Who we thought was a female. To be spayed. But turned out to be a male. And needed to be neutered instead. The vet called me before and after surgery. Explaining everything. And the staff, also called the next day. To see how he was doing. My kitten recovered well. Will be going back to this vet. Loved the service!
