The gentlemen that helped us was very nice an helpful.

I love this store. They are all super knowledgeable and kind. I just brought my new foster by and they helped me set him up with a kennel, a bed, and a better leash. They gave me a few probiotic treats for his upset stomach. I also don't think the prices are any higher than PetSmart. Seriously shop local and enjoy the tailored care and small space.

I went on a Sunday explaining that I get paid and will be back the following Tuesday. And I really needed a pet stroller. They put it on hold for me. I didn't expect that. But very friendly and respectful. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone that can afford it.

Great pet store a little pricey on the bathing station i think if you bring your own soap it should be cheaper that $14 just my opinion but over all great place

With all the rave reviews I was expecting a lot more. I was highly disappointed in the employees. They are not knowledgeable at all. So I guess all these people that praises this place know what they’re getting before they get there. Highly disappointed. I won’t go back there. When you talk to an employee and they say “I don’t know” and then just walk away from you. Then I thought she was coming back to me but no she went and helped another customer Even though I was there first.

Good store filled with quality items and friendly staff. Competitive pricing and good location saves me a trip to yuba City.

VIP pets has the best spot to wash your dog. They have an area with large metal tubs that your dog could walk up and get into, a water sprayer, and also a soap sprayer to clean your dog. when you're finished washing your dog they have a large blow dryer also. It is maintained very well and you can't beat the price I highly recommend taking your dogs to VIP pets if you need to wash them.

There was lots of cool pet stuff, and prices seemed fair. The person manning the store was friendly and checked in occasionally to offer assistance :) sorry I didn't catch his name. They had some nifty cat trees :3 Only gripe was that there's no restroom. Would have stayed longer and bought more if I'd been able to find one close by.

A top notch pet store! Although they used to have aquarium and fish supplies, and no longer do, they are still a great pet store. Dog and cat supplies, including dog food and cat food, they also have toys, clothing, dishes, beds, kennels, cages, grooming supplies and other equipment abound. Also, the store is pet friendly. My dog and I met other dogs and owners there. Everyone is very friendly and I like to bring my border collie puppy to help socialize her. She enjoys it immensely, and I do, too. VIP Pets also delivers dog food for free with a minimum order. I definitely will be returning to this store.

Everything for pets The experience was good as you walk in you are met by friendly staff. The smell was a mix of wet dog and dog food. The warehouse presentation was ok too. Absolutely not a snooty place. If you need pet things check them out

Yup. Super chill vibes. Boutique selection of premium products. Cashier on the phone during check out was kinda rude, but it's a one man (woman) show so it didn't bother us too much.
