After reading the Yelp & Google reviews I was more than hesitant to bring my dog here, but the overall experience was good. Pros: the actual service was fast. My dog was in and out in about 40 minutes (short haired mini Dixie, select service). I didnt have to pay any upcharges (see below). The employee that helped me was friendly if a bit frazzled at first. Online booking was easy and convenient. Checkout process was smooth, facility looks nice although owners are not permitted inside. Lots of premium shampoo & product options available for a charge. Cons: I received multiple calls/emails& text to confirm the service which was a bit excessive, and they asked to change my appointment time 2x. Checkin process was not smooth, there was a mixup with another persons appointment time and it just took longer than necessary while standing outside in the smoke & heat. The upcharges were intimidating and stress inducing, it’s like they charge extra for *everything* including if your dog licks too much or sits down. I’d honestly rather just pay a higher flat fee and not be charged for every little thing or worry about it a $50 wash is going to turn into a much pricier wash because of my dogs behavior, because dogs will be dogs. ????????‍♀️ Not sure if we will be back, as there are lots of other options in the area

They used to be great. Graham is really a good groomer. However, my last visit with my Golden Retriever ended with a new up charge for hypoallergenic shampoo (no warning) and an up charge because my dog was sitting down during grooming. This has never happened before. When I dropped my dog off I asked them to please include ear trimming in the cut (breed standard grooming). No ear trimming. Total cost of grooming $135. So I think they just have plenty of customers and don’t need my business. Just not enough value and too many unexpected charges.

Took both of my cats in to get groomed. I have one short haired, and one long haired. The short haired got a bath while the long haired received a haircut. The long haired looks good, but cut is a little choppy. When I brought them home, I discovered they got fleas while being at the groomers. When I called, the woman said “we don’t have fleas in our facility.” This is the first outing my cats have had in over two years and they are inside only animals. Overall, the grooming was fast but that’s all the only positive thing I have to say about my first and LAST experience.

Had my appointment canceled twice. Finally got the appointment, an hour in they said it would be 3 hours. So I decided to pick my dog up. As I was waiting for my dog to come out I over heard the male groomer talking bad about my dog and me... one of the women at the front desk had to close the door because it was so unprofessional. Really just a bad experience.

Do not waste your time with this salon. My first two visits were amazing. We were helped by amazingly friendly groomers. Julissa was very friendly and took the time to ask clarifying questions and make sure she had all of the details down for my dog's appointment. We picked up our dog and was super happy with the service. Our second visit we were helped by Malia. She provided fantastic customer service and completed the appointment no problem. Today was my dog's third visit there. I had booked the appointment according to how the previous groomers had recommended. When my dog was picked up, it did not look like the notes from the request portion of the booking was even looked at. On top of that we were charged the premium price for the appointment instead of for the appointment level that we requested. My dog did not receive any services other than what the "select" level appointment stated. So I took the time to call the business to clarify the charge. Graham the claimed business owner was the one that picked up the call. He was not in the "mood" to deal with my inquisition because he said he was "tired" and that "good help was hard to come by." I'm sorry, when dealing with a customer, you probably shouldn't take out your short comings as a business owner and manager on your customer. He was not receptive to even trying to explain why we were charged for the higher price. Then he claims that my dog was difficult to groom today. Sure, that could've been possible. But wouldn't that have been explained at the time of the charge? Also wouldn't that "fee" show up as an itemized line instead of taking the liberty to upcharge to the higher service price without explanation? He told me that he personally took care of my dog and that everything was followed. Well it wasn't because barely anything i had asked for was done. He then flip flopped on his story where he said he did certain things and not others. He couldn't keep his story straight and was unapologetic the whole time. He clearly did not care about the care of his team. His team is clearly frazzled and over extended, with a business owner that clearly doesn't care about making things right, or even trying to explain things. He is over his job, and I am over taking my dog here. Do not waste your time. I hope for the best for his employees. They had some real great people there.

Pups came back clean and happy. They'll even use your dog's medicated shampoo if necessary.

They did amazing job giving my cat a lion cut! It took me a while to write this review, but I am so impressed and grateful by the an amazing haircut they gave to my super old cat! They also were very professional and understanding of my cats conditions such as arthritis. Would highly recommend for everyone and will for sure come back again!

Perfectly Pawsh is the best grooming place around. They cater to my fur babies and always are fast , efficient, and friendly. I wont go anywhere else now.

This place is absolutely horrible. I made an appointment for my dog to get groomed. I was less than 5 minutes late to my appointment and they wouldn't take him. I drove 2 HOURS to get my dog groomed, and they didn't care. This place is extremely rude, and it was very stupid. Take mind, I WAS NOT AN HOUR+ LATE. I WAS ONLY 5 MINUTES LATE. Never go to this place.

They did SUCH a great job with my golden doodle, I am so happy with how he turned out. They were patient with me and my dog (who had never been groomed here before) and were very kind even though he gave them a difficult time. They did everything how I had asked and I am so pleased with how he looks! I will definitely be returning to this groomer!! Thank you so much to the staff!!

This place was AMAZING!!!! I took my 2 puppies there for the first time and the process was so smooth to make the Appointment and the drop off and pickup. My puppies looked so cute with their hairstyles and where so soft. I highly recommend this place and will continue to go back or a regular bases.

Because of difficulties with multiple appointments through their online scheduling and miscommunications with their staff, they made my appointment for 8 am when I said explicitly that I could not come before 9. The morning of, they called at 8:05 to ask if we were bringing in our 3 dogs. I admit I was short because I was frazzled trying to wrangle my kids and get them to school. I know I was abrupt, but they were also rude - not a great thing for customer service. When I said that I had told them I couldn't come before 9, they proceeded to argue with me that my appointment was at 8. When I asked if they wanted us to not bring the dogs in, she said "that's probably for the best" and hung up on me. Then I get a notification that we were a no-show which comes with a $25 fee. I cannot speak to their actual grooming skills or how they are with dogs, but I'm not impressed with how they are with humans.

I’ve been going to this groomer since they opened and love the online scheduling. They do GREAT work. The downside is that that it seems that the business has grown and they are struggling with that. The appointments times are very strict and they will charge if you pick up the dog late or drop dog off too early. In the past 2 appointments my dog was 30 mins to 1.5 hours late which messes up the day. CALL me to tell me he’s going to be late but don’t tell me on 2 consecutive appointments that you are short staffed. That just doesn’t play anymore. Also seems like they take walk in nail trims but maybe you have to turn those people away if it’s going to slam the schedule. They do great work but they need better business organization now that the business has grown.

I have been going here for a few years . I first took my (now in doggy heaven) golden retriever there. He was an extremely anxious sweet boy . I went to three different groomers and each one would start on Toby and I would get a call to come get him. He was sensitive to all the noises and the other dogs in cages barking . He especially hated the noisy hair dryers . With trepidation I took Toby to Perfectly Pawish . Graham bathed , groomed and towel dried Toby . Guess what ? A complete job ,even saying what’s good boy he was . Unlike most pet salons , they have scheduled appointments and the pets are only there for an hour and a half or two hours . No cages or barking dogs being dropped off in the morning and picked up several hours later . I now take my newest Golden Retriever, Mason to the salon . He always comes back beautifully groomed . He gets the Taylor Cut which unlike a puppy cut , still has the beautiful look of a golden but tamed down . I highly recommend the salon . Everyone there loves dogs !!
