Have only used this place to cremate my bearded dragon but they were very nice and accommodating about the whole thing. If the service we received echos through the whole building and all services then I would say this would be a great vet

I have two pet rabbits that I adopted during the pandemic. Not all veterinarians treat rabbits. Oasis veterinary hospital is one that does. I've only ever been there during the pandemic and I found the way they do things to be very safe and yet very good for the pets. I've brought my animals in three times. I highly recommend them! They're kind and thorough. The price was good although that's not my number one concern. And they follow up on everything.

Great place to take my happy spoiled rats. Feel comfortable and knowing my babies will get the best care. Only problem, my pockets don't run deep.

Front desk was not helpful. When I brought my cats four years they were building a business and the customer service was so friendly and welcoming. I haven't needed to take my pets to the vet in the last few years, they are in door cats. I called to ask for assistance moving my cats out of state and in a "nice" tone she pretty much made it clear they were unwilling to help. Every question I asked she was negative toward. She made it very obvious that because I'm not a regular customer she didn't have time for me or my cats.

We love this place with all our hearts! The docs, vet techs, and office staff are the greatest people in the world. They take such amazing care of my rabbit from general check ups, medicine refills, nail trims aka pedicures, to arthritic care too. They know our names and provide the utmost support and care. Dr. Asseo has taken care of our family’s pets for over 16 years (here at Oasis and at a previous location). She is simply the best vet I have known in over 7 decades of owning and loving pets. She’s thoughtful, thorough, caring, attentive, and wonderful in so many ways. She has created a team of loving, effective staff members who care for our pets with seemingly the same passion that we feel. She has seen us through short term crises and long term heath complications. I highly recommend her and Oasis.

Took my snake in to have a lump checked. Samples were taken and sent to a lab, for 400.+ Bucks, which I paid. I was told it would be a few days before the result were back. I waited 2 days, called to check in, the person answering the phone took my info and said a Veterinarian would call me later that day....never got a call. I called back on Monday, The person answering the phone said, your results are in a veterinarian will call you back today and discuss the results.... never got a call! Here we are now two weeks later, no call, no communication..... I'm currently reaching out to my bank to try and get my money back. There are plenty of good veterinarian clinics in the area. I would definitely steer clear of this one. A few days after this review I received a phone call from Oasis veterinary clinic. I spoke with the vet and let her know how upset I was about the whole experience. She asked how they could make the situation better and I asked for a refund, which they gave me without any issues. I have been taking my pets (multiple cats and dogs) here since they opened. From regular check-ups to surgeries to vaccinations and more, Oasis Veterinary never disappoints with their exceptional quality of care and competitive pricing. The staff are all very professional and friendly and make going to the vet that much better! The only downside is that they are not open on the weekends, but this is definitely not a deal breaker. Highly recommend!

Best Vet in the Area!

I've only been to Oasis for my Bearded dragon so far but the level of care received is like none other. The staff and doctors are so professional, personal and caring. I had to put my dragon down; they made it so peaceful for the both of us and upon leaving the office presented me with feet/tail impressions on a little ornament. It was one of the best experiences I've had considering the circumstances.

Amazing family oriented service. Took our puppy there and then brought in our two cats. Love that they have a dog entrance that is separate from the cat entrance.

I am so happy with this veterinary office and have been meaning to leave a review for a while. My senior chihuahua, Rudy, is so very special to me. He has been my best friend through many seasons of my life and I owe it to him to give him the best care possible. We primarily see Dr. Petersen and I am so pleased with the care that Rudy receives each time he comes in. I am one of those dog owners who has a million questions and wants to consider all of Rudy's options. Dr. Petersen is always patient with me and thoroughly discusses everything. Rudy recently underwent a dental surgery and Dr. Petersen did a phenomenal job. He had to have several extractions and bone grafting, and her knowledge and expertise were very apparent to me. I was extremely apprehensive for him to undergo anesthesia because of his age and heart condition, but everyone was reassuring and helped me make the right decision to move forward with the surgery. I only regret that I didn't do it sooner. As many of us know, veterinary care is expensive. I took Rudy to a few other places to get estimates and the prices at Oasis were pretty comparable to other vets. I found one place that was a bit more affordable, but the quality of care and service was nowhere near what I was used to at Oasis. Ultimately, I took Rudy to Oasis for the procedure because I really trust Dr. Petersen. All the staff at Oasis are really kind as well (Stephanie was so sweet to Rudy on the day of his surgery), which is great because Rudy can sometimes be a bit sassy toward strangers. :-) If you love your dog as much as I love Rudy, I would make this your primary vet.

Dr. Asseo is a wonder; and has proven herself so kind, capable, & caring even in one of the most difficult, stressful, and relentless of professions. She's the only vet I've found, so far, who I trust completely with my guinea pigs and I'm so grateful for that!!

Our big bunny was treated here in November 2018 when we returned home from a two week vacation to China and Thailand, to find him with watering eyes and a wound on his face from the damp skin under his eye. It was the day after Thanksgiving and our regular vet (Alpine in Concord) was open, but did not have an exotic animal doctor in the office that day. Thankfully Oasis did. We will definitely continue to use them as a back up when our primary vet isn't available. My bf said the doctor was caring, nurturing, and kind to our gentle lagomorph - and we appreciated the same-day appointment!

Dr. Asseo is phenomenal! She has cared for our pets for years and is beyond caring, compassionate and patient. She understands they are members of our family and treats them with live and kindness. We are so grateful for all she's done for our furry family members!!

They are absolutely wonderful! I unexpectedly had to put our kitty down and everyone from the front desk ladies to the people bringing us back to the room to each and every veterinarian I encountered were supportive and empathetic to my situation. They held my hand, cried with me and even called me afterwards to check on me. I highly recommend Oasis to anyone with their cat, dog or exotic animal ❤
