Update after four years: Still the same helpful, low-key place, where somehow the pets there being groomed or "shopping" cannot help but make the rest of your day or evening happy. Helpful, professional staff; good product selection with specials. Free, small parking lot out front. Regular, monitored adoptions. Super friendly vibe.

Clean location, good selection, smelled good for a pet store. Due to being next to Costco, getting into the parking can be atrocious.

It is so refreshing to go into a shop to know if you need advice whether on subsistence or goods, and they will be happy to assist you.

Great product, great service. I love theses tags for my dogs. Easy to read, high quality and they last so much longer than the aluminium type.

I’ve now ordered Unleashed by Petco dog tags, with plans to order more in the future. They are easy to read, easy to affix to the collar, and do not come off unless by plan. Also, they are safe to use; pooch won’t get hung up by dangling tags that could catch on something or be held by an attacking dog. They arrive quickly & are accurate. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Called in advance to check times and availability for self wash after checking the website. No information is provided online. No information was provided on the phone. Showed up only to be told that the self-wash closes early and that they are aware that this information is not on the site. Seems like an easy enough fix. Thank you for wasting my time today. Service was not to good purchase some trids for my dog and the have mold and the didn't get me my money back and the didn't care my dog get sick and the don't care. :(

This review goes to Vetco Vaccines service! I was waiting for that day for long time! There are there for only 1 hour. It took 20 minutes to find a parking around Costco on Sat morning , then another 20 minutes in the line for that service to find out that they are not taking anymore people at exactly 11:30am! And it was only 2 of us left in the line!!!! How hard was it to take 2 more people?!?? Ridiculous!!!! I moved so many things around in my schedule to make it happen! You should take at least people who came to the store on time before 11:30! And Petco should be responsible for that too, since it’s provided in your store!
