Super nice people with great service. Taco has never been better looking and they seemed to go above and beyond. Ron was very helpful and Eric did an excellent job on my dog. Will be returning for sure.

Edit 01/23/22: we went to the new location on Lincoln Blvd today. It’s beautiful and spacious. And the individual enclosed bath stalls are still there, which one if the reason we go to the Dogromat. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Congratulations on the new location! I’ve only used the self-wash, but everything has always been great. They have shampoo options to choose from, plenty of large, soft towels, a wash cloth. I love the individual fenced areas. My dog is not a fan of baths so even if she manages to jump out, she’ll be contained. But I’ve received a text this week they were moving to Lincoln blvd. not very convenient but we’ll give it a try.

Great staff and place. I will come back here. They have all the cleaning supplies you need. This was a good doggy wash for me and my pet

New location on Lincoln is bigger and more modern. Prices stayed the same too. My dog always gets a great haircut here.

Worst haircut my dog has EVER had! Gave this place a few chances but my dog’s cut is super choppy and they cut her skin in spots where she was shaved. Super disappointed bc everyone is so nice but the quality is just not there :(

Update your hours so we don’t drive across town when it says you’re open but your not. Pretty basic.

New location is much better a lot more room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend

So happy that I found them. I drive from the San Fernando Valley for them to groom my Husky and German Sheppard The amount of care they give my fur babies is absolutely amazing They even get rid of the undercoat that all huskies have where other groomers don't seem to care to do I met the owner at a local restaurant because I saw her with her big hairy dog. After discussing the issues I have had with other groomers I decided to drive down to Venice and give them a shot and let me tell you it was way worth it. I highly recommend coming here to get your fur babies cleaned up and groomed. And BTW their healthy treats made both my babies happy as well. You will love coming here as much as we do

I scheduled a full haircut for my dog but for some reason they only gave him a bath without informing me. Not only was I surprised by this when I arrived, they tried blaming me for the mixup.

I gave an extra star only because the people at the counter are nice. The haircut is awful. I showed a photo of my dogs usual haircut (bottom photo), picture on top is what I got. I’m not happy. Also they have you pay and therefore tip before bringing the dog out. $75 plus tip for this?! Never again.

I take my dog here monthly to get cleaned. They are very friendly and he always comes back so fresh and clean and happy.

I am a huge fan of this dog groomer. They are friendly, reasonably priced, and very good to my furry pet. So many dog groomers in Los Angeles charge exorbitant prices. Not this lovely shop. This place is honest, reasonable, and perhaps most importantly, compassionate and loving to all of its four legged friends. I give it my highest recommendation ????????

I have been taking my pets here for more than 30 years. The ownership changes, but service has kept me returning. I now have a mini dachshund. His nails are large and fast growing. I take him once about every 2 weeks to keep them a reasonable length. The cost is very reasonable ＄10.00 with no appointment required！

Sharon is amazing and the place is amazing. They give you great service and cater to all your needs. Have clean and organized stalls. Products are high end and rival any dog groom place.

They did a fantastic job with my dogs hair cut. The best she has ever had! Super kind people and affordable.

They are patient with my PTSD dog and no matter how long it takes to make my dog comfortable, they’ll wait until he’s ready.

Love this place, and so do our dogs! You can wash them yourself or have them take care of them. Reasonable prices and friendly neighborhood vibe.

I was there 40 minutes before they closed and told me the they were close!! Very disappointment, I went there to support small business but I guess this business don't need it ,and it was two people behind me !!!! I feel the lady in the front desk don't really care about this busines!!! I was there before and my impression of this place was different!!

Expensive! Just for doing the glands on 3 dog's was $10 each, which wasn't too bad but, $15 to wash your own dogs and my total coming to $60! I couldn't wash my 3rd little dog because the price was already too high. Cashier was nice. My 2 dogs that had their glands done were quick & easy but, my 3rd dog cried like I never heard before. They do have their own shampoos/towel that you can use but, I had all my stuff as the website instructed me to bring.

Was my first time I came in here & I was very impressed with the job the groomer had done on trimming my dogs nails. He's got long nail beds so it's hard to get them short enough that it won't bother him while he's walking. When the guy came to take him back he had him for a little extra time & I started to get a little worried thinking he might have cut his nails too short or something else. When he brought him out his nails looked the best they ever had. He took a little extra time to get as close as he could and they were short enough that it didn't touch the ground as he walked. I was very impressed with job he did. I deffintley recommend Dogomat!

I had no idea there were any places open during the quarantine to get my dog’s nails done and by asking around, I luckily found this place!! She hadn’t had her nails done since before all this in February so she was way overdue. She also is very old with a lot of health issues. She was treated with so much gentleness and care!! I even got to hold her during the trimming. Seriously the best nail trim she’s ever had. I will be coming back here even after the virus and in a couple weeks for her next trim. Also, my dog can’t have anesthesia, so they recommended a great anesthesia-free option for her teeth cleaning! Will definitely be looking into this option

The place is wonderful but very hot in there . the animals need more cooler in there .
