Caring Dr. And staff. Took good care of our cat. I am suffering from sticker shock, but the cat is doing well.

Very thankful to found this vet hospital during emergency situations because it is very possible to get same day appointments. I used to bring my dog to another pet hospital to see Dr.Raj,Great doctor however he is always fully booked and cannot get appointment until a week later.... good thing I have discovered Animal Clinic because the staffs are friendly/approachable and Dr. Manhas is very VERY professional and accurate with his diagnostics. He is a vet with a big heart, super patient, will spend as much time to explain every question/situation and always does a very thorough body exam from head to toes. He will recommend his most honest options for your dog and won't make you do all of the expensive tests all at once, that is, she will take one step at a time to rule out potential causes before jumping into expensive options. Although prices here are not any cheaper than other hospitals but having a honest and sharp doctor like Dr. Manhas is very important!...After each visit, Dr.Manhas will always call to check in the next day and personally leave messages regarding any outcomes. Highly recommend!

My baby girl loves to play at the dog park. One day she met with a bigger dog that didn't find her playful spirit as lovable as everyone else does. She ended up having a few cuts, some bruises, and was very shaken up, as well as myself. I panicked and threw her in my car and rushed to the closest vet that was open. I called them on my way there and they told me to go ahead and let them know when we got there so that someone could help me bring her in if I needed the extra help. When I got there, the wonderful receptionist put me and my baby right into a room. Both the technician and Dr. Raj came into the room as I was filling out paper work to make sure she was ok. They gave her a quick once over and even put a bandage on her head because her ear had a nice cut on it. The doctor even came in to give her an injection for pain so that she could be more comfortable. Soon after, they gave me an estimate to have her mildly sedated, have her wounds cleaned up, and give her antibiotics and pain medications to take home to ensure that nothing got infected. I was able to pick her up just a little bit later, and despite her new hair cut, she was good as new! Everything healed up beautifully, she got her few sutures taken out two weeks later, she finished all of her medicine and she still loves going to the dog park and playing with the other dogs. I will definitely be returning here for any of her other medical needs!

The place is a little small, but the Staff and Doctors are very friendly, easy to talk to and joke with, and know exactly what they are doing. I brought my cat in for a worm check and vaccination updates. He's a pretty difficult cat, but they worked with him very easily and took really good care of him. We were in and out within an hour, only because we had to wait for test results. The cost was lower than I was expecting, considering he had a test, two shots, and then a medication added on. I definitely recommend Animal Clinic to anyone who lives in Manteca ,Central valley area.

Please read this! Before I met Dr. Raj Dhanota I had taken my dog to TEN other vets, none of whom could identify his condition. My dog had risen wounds on his face that would not heal. They bled and became infected constantly. We spent thousands of dollars on tests, took him to the 'most prestigious' specialists in the area, and all anyone could do was offer a horribly expensive biopsy that would be painful and not guarantee any results. (Never mind that even if it did, we would have to pay again for treatment.) I couldn't afford this. Having more or less given up, I met Dr. Raj Dhanota a couple of months ago. At this point my dog had been suffering over a year and a half. At a friend's eager recommendation we walked in to the office simply to ask if he'd ever seen anything like this before. I ended up having Dr. Raj Dhanota do the biopsy because he offered a price ONE THIRD of the cheapest of the other vets. (With his thriving practice he could have charged more.) When I left my dog at his office the morning of surgery, Dr. Raj Dhanota suggested that he might have a tooth root abscess on each side of his face, and that if this was so he would immediately remove the molars beneath. I consented. He called at noon to tell me that his x-rays showed a very obvious pair of tooth root abcesses. He removed the molars, and my dog's face returned to normal in about two weeks. My dog was in a lot of pain for eighteen months before I took him to this wonderful vet. I felt Dr. Raj Dhanota took accountability for my dog's well-being; he had obviously researched the symptoms before surgery, something I realized no other vet had done. Other vets would have had me pay four-figure bills for a biopsy that might not have revealed anything, because the problem was not the wounds themselves, but the teeth beneath them. Our final bill from doctor Raj Dhanota was less than half what the others had quoted to simply find an explanation. And my dog is no longer suffering. It doesn't get any better than this.

She owned community pet clinic...now closed. I wouldn't recommend any clinic she is working at. She lied to me about my dog. I was blinded by love and tears and didn't see until after the fact that my beloved dog had died in my arms. However she charged me to have her euthanized. Who does that?
