Excellent! Caring and attentive staff. Susie, Cena, and Ashley were all amazing. They were very friendly and they had impressive method of dealing with my ornery and obnoxious pup, who wasn't very well mannered. They were knowledgeable about our issue and from my observation, everyone else's issues that came into the establishment while I was there. It's apparent that Dr. Figueroa truly cares about animals AND their owners. He took great care of Stella and I when we had a cancer scare (thankfully a misdiagnosis from a different vet) but my Stella's very bad limp is now gone after treatment from Dr. Figueroa. Bishop Vet @ mammoth also has a really patient and compassionate staff; nothing but great things to say about this office!

The poor part was the receptionist, she let another customer cut in front of me, when I was there first as they opened, continued the conversation for 20 minutes. Never acknowledging the rudeness of that owners drama. I did get my dog treated. Called back for more instructions as a follow up, left a voicemail, never got a returned call. They also had no bandage or protective collar to prevent the dog from licking the wound So bring your own bandages and collars. Will not return.

Everyone is so caring and compassionate! Very professional, took the time to listen to me when I was a distraught cat mom. Dr. Figueroa and the staff took wonderful care of my cat when she came down with a uti They made it as stress free as possible. My heart is full of appreciation and gratitude for these people.

My dog is 4 and my cat is 14. Both have received great and compassionate care at Bishop Vet in Mammoth. Recently my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and not only did she leave that appointment purring at the staff, but they showed me how to take care of her. The staff offered to show me again if I had any trouble. It was great care despite getting some sad and hard news.

Fabulous service by Ashley and Dr. Runley ... both took their time and were very sweet with our dog, Winston! I couldn't recommend this vet more highly. We're from out of town so when Winston got injured we were expecting to pay a premium but the bill was very fair.

The staff was very helpful, kind, loving and understanding of my sensitive situation. I have a service dog that needed some attention. They fit my dog in on a Monday morning first thing and even walked us through the process holding are hand/ paw. Scenes we were traveling on the road this was very helpful. Also a very good price. We recently lost our Malamute and I have to say that every single staff member were amazing with helping us through such a difficult decision. They came to our house, confirmed our decision, cried beside us, and handled him with beautiful care. Their kindness and support was exactly what was needed to make it through such a difficult time. Took our very newly adopted Lab in when he seemed suddenly ill while we were visiting Mammoth. They found an early appointment for us so we didn't have to wait until the afternoon. Vet was wonderful. Diagnosed him quickly and bill was very fair. Nice and efficient staff. If the vet worked in our hometown we'd be regular clients for sure. Great.

This satellire office is in Mammoth clse to Vons and Giovanis pizza. Our dog had blood in her urine late Sunday night. We called and spoke with a doctor ready to go down the main Bishop office but it turned out it wasnt an emergency. Got an appt for the next morning. Dr Taylor was great.

Very nice staff! Relaxed atmosphere. Super impressed with my experience bringing my dog in. I highly recommend them.
