A wonderful and special place. I'm so happy a store like this exists. My husband and I purchased our first ever chicks here. We were given so much care and instruction on how to take care of our new flock. The chicks we bought have been a huge source of joy during all the craziness this year has brought. I'm so thankful to this family-owned business for keeping it's doors open and making themselves available for any questions we have.

A wonderful family owned and run establishment, wife, husband and children. They sell supplies and feed for raising chickens, chickens themselves, beekeeping supplies and bees, eggs and honey, as well as chicken and bee themed home decor. They also sell training sessions for chicken and bee keeping. I ordered a couple of beehives from them as well as all the beekeeping gear and a beekeeping class. They are super friendly, very informative and very patient. If you call in ahead of time to confirm with them, they will stay after hours on Thursdays from 5-8pm for a Q&A session (which is how I started getting my info). Once I do the training and get my bees I will update this review.

A nice place and nice folks. It's is very small, it is divided between beekeeping and backyard chickens. My primary interest was in there beekeeping. It sure is nice to have another beekeeping supplier locally. I understand that they are a Manlake distributor.

I have visited twice. My first experience was 5-stars. They had regular and exotic chicks available for purchase, along with all the feed and gear you need to raise chickens, and also for sale the most beautiful eggs by the dozen I have ever purchased. My recent second visit was a 1-star experience, as they had neither chicks nor eggs, even though the sign in the window advertised fresh eggs for sale. Apparently, they are dependent on the farmer coming to town. Best to call ahead to see if they have what you need.

Owners are very knowledgeable on both bees and poultry and are very willing to share their know how even if you are not buying.

Local farms sell fresh eggs here, and honey too. Stop by to see some baby chicks every week. The staff is above friendly. We got a cute olive green chicken egg in the cartoon recently, from one of their special breeds, and the kids were so excited about the surprise.

Cute little store, good for bee and chicken owners. And gift buyers.
