Adobe Animal Hospital South Bay Los Gatos, California

Customer service is insulting and rude. Vets are okay but techs are pompous and insulting to customers. During complaints to management it is obvious where they get their attitude. I have brought many dogs here 30 to 40 visits without incident but with new owners it has gone downhill quickly. Think twice before bringing your precious pet into this environment. It is definitely not the customer is always right.

Caring staff. Didn't hurry through the appointment. Spent extra time and very thorough. I liked the questionnaire to fill out prior to appointment and the informative print out I received at the end.

Super mean people here. They've decided to not accept new clients, and they talk to you on the phone as if you and your dog don't even matter. I asked for help and recommendation on what to do, and she didn't even want to engage on the phone to help.

Adobe is simply the best. Costs more and you get everything you pay for and more. Huge fan of Dr. Blackwolf (yes, that's really her name!)!

This staff is outstanding! Dr. Koga has been treating our bunnies for years! Won't take anywhere else!

Opening back up during the Covid19, Adobe Los Gatos with the regulations in place they are still doing outstanding services. Exams, percriptions, telephone service and emails.

Adobe is the best: compassionate vets and staff and very well-run. Adobe is a 20+ mile drive for me and there are many vets closer, but I trust Adobe more than any others.

Have taken my rabbits there for years. Now that they are getting very old the vet was very understanding about my concerns

Our little one year old Siamese, who we adopted during the Corona Virus had a great experience with Adobe Animal Hospital . He had to have patella surgery for him and since he was a feral kitty made it a bit more challenging, but he did great . The clinical and admin. team were very caring and professional . Dr. Maxwell did a fab job and you can see he has a passion for animals .With Covid still going on, it is a very safe place to take your pet . Cheers to Adobe!!

Did a CoVid vet appointment. I was impressed at the care they took to carefully maintain distance and safety.

This place is so heartless and uncaring. Super unprofessional especially when it has to do with living creatures. The worst. This place does NOT care about the animals, just the money.

Very professional services, great doctors and staff

Thanks to Adobe Los Gatos these bad boys are gone! A little nip and tuck and he was on his way out by mid afternoon. Excellent service, very affordable and accurate estimates for surgery. Very thorough explanation of everything prior to surgery and excellent follow-up after surgery.

Nice place. Easy to find. Clean store and waiting area. Staff behaved very professionally. Cost was $125 for the first time, basic office visit for a healthy cat.

This is the best place to take your animal. Everyone here is so professional and really takes great care of our animals. We had a minor emergency with one of our farm dogs. They were able to see her, checked her out and treated her so. She was completely relaxed which isn’t her usually behavior at the vet. Thank you Dr. Koga and all your fabulous staff!!!

I had to come here to this location since Los Altos is not doing regular visit due to Covid. Scheduling online was easy. Appt. was easy and they Zoom conference you so you can see your pet during the exam. Smooth experience. Thanks ladies!

They have a large supply of prescription foods, and were very helpful.

It always provides my pets from reptiles to mammals the best medical care. I will never go anywhere else.
