Excellent staff and doctor. Gentle with the animals you bring in and they listen to you. Been to every vet in town and had the best experiences here by far.

I had an incident this week and was able to get my dog in right away. Dr Mason did a lot of tests, and they came back with very bad results. Chloe is terribly ill with a failing heart and lymphoma. I'm still in shock. Dr Mason spent a lot of time explaining what was going on and what our various options were. Everyone there was so compassionate. I've since had to go back twice, and both times they helped me, I'm having trouble wrapping my head around it.. I saw Dr Mlnarik today and she was so nice. Easy to understand and she even was able to figure out what I was trying to ask. She helped sort things out and gave me some specific things to look for that would help me decide what I should do; She helped me know what to possibly expect as the illness progresses. She took away some of the confusion and fear of the unknown. I'm heartbroken, and I know it's going to be a devastating time coming up for me. But I'm comforted knowing I'll have the caring drs and staff at VCA helping me through it.

Good luck even speaking with someone on the phone at this place. Every time I’ve called in the past several months, it goes to a voice mail telling me it is outside of their office hours. If I leave a message, I get a callback days later. I’m fed up with this place and won’t be returning.

Thank you VCA doctors for tending to my Lucy I stepped on her foot and snap one of her toenails in half I made an emergency call and they were able to see her within a half hourThankfully they just had to trim the nails and she is fine now wellness check went well she is a bit chubbyI was told but we’re working on it thank you again VCA I will come back rick and Lucy

The staff was very friendly. They made my excited puppy's first trip to the vet very enjoyable.

I have taken my pets here in the past. The doctors are great. But they charge a arm and a leg to get a animal fixed (makes it harder on low income people) and there is no more low cost vaccinations like they use to.

Mili had a very pleasant and productive appointment. From the receptionist to the Dr. all were very pleasant and professional.

Last night, we had to place our beloved cat of 19yrs , Pooty on the Rainbow Bridge ???? ????. Dr.Mason gave us as much time as we needed (even tho it was past closing,sorry) and Dr. Mason sent her in away in complete comfort, while we held and pet her. The VetTechs were amazing and very sweet. I am very grateful that they understand the immense volume of love we all have, for our fur babies. Thank you all,so much!

I’ve been using them for my dog for some time now and they have been great. Today was a set appointment for both my dog and cat. I called when I arrived and they said they would be right out to ask a few questions as I had to sit in the car due to coved. We waited for over 20 minutes to be told we would be seen soon. After an hour had past they told me I would be seen soon because of a vehicle struck by. I understand emergencies happen but when you watch five to six other animals go in while waiting patiently and then get told to wait longer is B.S. What is the point of making an appointment if you take several walk ins ahead of someone who’s waited a week and takes time off work which is very hard to do when we have this pandemic going on. I think it’s horrible to break an appointment when people try their best to keep them and loose good money doing so.

Honestly the Best Vet clinic/ hospital i have been too ! I recently took my puppy Prince to get his first set of shots and the vet techs were so sweet and so informative! They let me know my options and further details about medications for my puppy etc. !! Also Monica is so great she has an amazing personality that just makes you feel welcomed <3

I took my cat to see about bladder issue as well as his discomfort and him spraying everywhere... advised I had the $25 coupon for first time visit.. they said they would honor it.. got a call from Dr Mason while I waited in the car.. due to COVID restrictions.. and she told me all that would be needed for my cats issue.. it was very high than what I expected.. $318... there was no obstruction according to her.. I asked if there was something that can be done to at least start some type of treatment for a lower price and then finish up any treatment or tests later this week till I got paid.. she said ok and also my coupon wasn’t on the estimate.. and that it will be a lot less after it’s applied.. She said she would call me back with a new estimate and what can be done. Well after a while later.. out comes the tech with my cat.. and the bill (about $252).. no call was made to me.. no explanation on what happened with my cat, my coupon was not honored.. all he was given was 2 pain meds.. fluids.. a few high injection fees.. THATS IT!! No explanation on what happened.. no after visit advice.. nothing! My cat in the meantime is still suffering.. and I am in tears on why I paid so much for nothing. I need to know why as a first time patient with an issue so concerning that nothing was really done for my cat.. I still paid almost what it was initially estimated to me.. and why the discount was not deducted from the bill..with the discount.. the amount I paid should have covered all .. including labs/fees. Please explain.

They took great care of my dog. Explained everything to me. Even cut her nails.

Had to take my adult Chihuahua "Cookie" to this place for an infection in her uterus but the bill was so high, $1300, had to tell them we don't have that kinda money and started looking elsewhere. To our surprise they called back and said they would help us out and do the operation for $250 thank you god there's more than one good hearted person at this place and I'm pleased to say "Cookie" is doing well and back to her old self again. God does work in mysterious ways, thank you LB Vet's

They were straight to the point. A dog mauled my cat and I called they helped set up everything and got us a walk in asap. The price was fair and they even walked us through the process. Sadly, my cat didn't make it due to how bad the injury was however it had nothing to do with them. They did everything they could to save him and it gives me peace knowing that I was at least able to hold and comfort him in his last moments alive. MooMoo was a good boy and he fought the hardest he could. Thank yall docs.

My dog needed to be put down they were very sympathetic and made the process easy they also gifted me a paw print of my dog and a little charm that had a Halo with a little dog it was very nice

I took my dog in for check up they checked all three paws and sent him back with plenty meds. Then took him back a week later for another paw and they charged me nearly the same and did nothing. Sent back with three time less meds than before. Seems like all they see was the money after the first time you’d go there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m sorry. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I only see Dr Karta or Dr. Mason. Dealt with Dr. Simmons in the past, and he never got to the bottom of the problem until my dog needed a total ear ablation.

Good visit staff was nice

My experience at this veterinarian clinic was awesome. All of its staff are friendly and genuinely care about your pet. The Veterinarian helped my cat bootz and he explained everything that was going on with my cat. I was very comfortable and felt confident my cat was in good hands. Thank you to all the staff at Los Banos Veterinary Clinic.

They have really nice employees. My call was kindly received and she was very helpful and informative.
