Madera Veterinary Center is first rate through and through. I highly recommend them.

They were very friendly and really cared about my dogs issue. They called the next day to check on him. They were awesome.

had to have family pet put to sleep. everyone there was very supportive, and caring. considering the circumstances, it was a great experience.

They are upfront, knowledgeable, kind, fast, and they know what to say. After taking my pet for 15 years of her life somewhere else. I switched to Madera veterinary center and I am so happy about my decision. The only regret is why I didn’t think of it sooner.

I remember waaaay back when, during EMT school, an old burnt out medic instructor told us that in a stat (or deceased) patient, that person’s family also would become our patient. Not literally, but figuratively. it was our responsibility to treat them with compassion and dignity. Today, you didn’t just treat our family cat, you also “treated” my mom with so much compassion and dignity. You guys should be proud of everyone on your staff, and the integrity of everyone involved. We love you guys, and look forward to getting “sushi” well enough to come home

These ladies know what they are doing always feel good going there I know my babies will taken care of.

We love MVC! They’ve been so amazing to our fur babies! Our cat can be difficult at times but they get the job done with her. Along with our corgi who has a ton of energy they are patient with her! The staff as well as the doctors are so kind and professional. We wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else!

I arrived to make an appt for my Am staff. The young lady in front who I spoke was not very motivated and really didn't make feel welcome. I reluctantly made an appt. My dog was bitten by some kind of bug, so she was in need of serious care. Provided all my info.. Called confirmed my appt. a week later. The girl I spoke to couldn't find my info. on me or my dog. Couldn't provide any pricing not even a ballpark amount. So I felt like I was headed for sticker shock. Decided to go elsewhere. Glad I did!

A candy dish at the front counter would make my day! Haha! I have not had anything but a good experience there. My Zeus never has a bad bark about his experience either! The staff are always jovial and good communicators. The docs are the best and get the job done. So, no, there is nothing you could do to make my visit better ..... except the candy dish.

First veterinary center I have been tp since arriving in Madera and I can say that I absolutely love this place. Swiper is now back to full health and we couldn't be happier. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere was amazing for my Swiper. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service... I called today to take my puppy in because she was bleeding nonstop from her ear flap and the lady on the phone said, I can't be attended because they're not accepting new clients... Like what? I have an emergency. ????
