Elena is the bestttttt, she is an angel. My pup loves her ! Every single grooming session is always perfect, Just like as how we request it ! So happy that my pup gets to be groomed by a wonderful, super talented person who truly cares about every dog she takes into grooming. Highly recommend Petco grooming.

Petco is just ok. But, they stopped giving cats baths. They just give dogs baths now. Thats kind of sad because I would bring my cat here for baths and they did a good job. Its stupid that they stopped bathing cats. They might as well change there name then. Like to dogco. Makes sense

I love petco. I have nothing wrong with them as an establishment. What I do have a problem with is when their employee thinks that, with or without the pandemic being a factor, thinks it's okay to touch my baby when I come in to shop. It took everything in me not to cause a scene. Your employees apparently need to be retrained in social distancing and just general respect of your customers.

Petco has never let me down!! Elena in grooming makes me feel at ease leaving Milo with her. She's so loving and caring with him!! I would highly recommend PETCO for all your fur baby needs!

Driving all the way from Newman to Los Banos to get some crickets I called before ahead of time I said yes we do have small and medium getting there they're not they don't have anything nothing at all wasting my gas my time instead of me going to Turlock very poor service

Worst Petco I have ever been to!! The lady in there wouldn’t sell me feeder goldfish for my 29 gallon turtle tank. I thought they were feeder goldfish? I wanted five and she said I can only sell you two because my tank was too small? Does it really matter if they’re probably gonna be food? I will never step my foot in that store ever again. I will not support the Los Banos Petco ever again!!!

Horrible, store won't let you purchase any animals unless you first buy home bedding food and such, take it home at it up and wait a few days before they will sell you anything, then they direct you to the most expensive housing, all i wanted was a couple of goldfish and a little round simple fish bowl! Unbelievable
