Very very sad that there was alot of fish dead ...I bout q fish and tested there water and it had a lot of ammonia..I told them but they said "not true, we just did a water change"..I was like ok..whatever..just don't recommend petco for anyone

I went to the location on Blackstone and Ashland, David helped me looked for products and let me know there was something they didn't have but he was willing to call all nearby stores and have them hold it for me. The NW store did have it and I am very happy with the service you guys provided I was happy to get the things I needed for my dog! Thank you Petco!

Cashier was very friendly. Showed her the price it was listed online and she adjusted it because it showed a different price in that store.

I wanted to buy a new addition to my tank and then I was surprised by the maintenance of every tank. Two tanks of feeder goldfish were full of dead fish. So I passed on getting a new fish, so I decided to but some aquatic plants but unfortunately those were bad too. They had mold and I just walked out out of no more than 5 min. Wouldn't recommend coming to this store for any aquatic necessities.

Sonic says thank you for tolerating him. He had a great nap after a cleansing and hydrating mud bath. Lol love you guys ????

Super experienced staff and saved my cats life. Even tho he is terminal. He will have quality of life eating foods that are pleasing to him awa healthy. See ya Persmart..us Petsmart caters to mostly dogs and isn't consistent w their cat food anymore.

Petco carries Orijen brand. I always feed my Pembroke Welsh Corgi top notch dog food.

Small store, kinda weird layout, but it's packed full with all kinds of things. Check online before going if you need something very specific to make sure it's there, but they have the essentials.

Maybe because it was close to closing time but I didn't see or hear any workers. When I went to check out I wasn't sure where to check out then I noticed a check out right next to the doors with somebody standing there. I wonder if he had been there the whole time? Why didn't he say anything?

Asked one of the associates if they had something in stock and he replied with "I don't know, ask the people at the front, they'll more than I do." Complete lack in customer service skills, but the guy at the register was definitely more helpful.

Kinda empty on dog shirts they really never have any

I’ve been taking my dog to this Petco for a few weeks now and Meghan has done a great job on her. She left her super soft and clean after her bath and always treats my dog in a professional manner. Meghan has also done her nails & brushed her teeth many times now. The girls there are very kind to my dog as well. Great group of ladies working there.
