This is a very good place to take your dog for grooming. She is fast and efficient.

I called to set an appointment. They didn't answer but asked me to text the number given through voice-mail. I texted their number and they asked about my dogs information such as breed, what needs to be done, etc. and asked for photos. After I sent all the info they asked for, I never got a response back. I'd appreciate it if they just told me they did not have anymore availability for my dogs and ask me to wait but they were unprofessional and just left me with no response back. This place has great reviews, bummer they didnt get back to me. I also noticed I wasn't the only one in this situation. Please be more professional and communicate with your customers.

I took my poodle here and in the past she was mistreated at other groomers. Let me tell you it was such a relief to see my dog happy and content when I picked her up. I will always bring my dog back here time and time again.

Best dog care ever same groomer for past 8 years.????

I called the shop no answer, few minutes late I was texted. As a new customer, I asked her if I could get my dog in. She said yes her next open was next week. So I text her back I told her that date was good. And then few hours later she asked for the age of dog, if my baby was female or male, if she ever been groomed before and If I could send her a picture. So I did! Since all this craziness in this world my dog has not been groomed for several months, so her hair is long, with no matting. And I text her twice and got no responded back. I had no problem with her saying No. I have no doubt that she groom dog great! With all her great reviews. But she could of been a little more professional and got back to me. My groomer is booked until August. And they told me to find someone until I see them! And I did!! Thanks to Fancy Groom they got my baby in today when I called.

I just moved to Fresno and was in desperate need of getting my dog groomed. I made my appointment online and they confirmed through email. They were responsive and asked me follow up questions through text. They did an amazing job on my dog! I have a Bichon Frise and most of the time groomers just shave her short but they took the time to brush her out and groomed her beautifully! They were super nice and added the cutest bows! I will be taking my dog here again!

Brought my 6 month old Maltese/Yorkie here for his first cut and could not be more satisfied! I Was expecting a shaky cut for his first time but Noemi made him look just like a teddy bear. Very good with new pups!

I gave her a star for texting me back. I inquired saying I had two dogs, one that needed a full groom and one that only needed a claw trimming, and would like to know pricing. The reply text simply said she doesn't do nails...and isn't mobile.

Made an appointment online and got a confirmation email, but when I tried to call no one picked up. When it was time for the appointment, the door was locked and no one was there. I waited in the sun forever and finally left. Don't come here if you want good customer service, or any service.

Thus is an excellent place for your dog she can work with your schedule as long as it's reasonable,and affordable,,, my dog always looks great when I pick him up

Loved how my dog’s cuts turned out! Super quick and I love that my dogs were the only ones there while Noemi was grooming them. Would definitely reccomend and come back again!
