PLEASE READ!!!! Cheap prices for cheap work. Very unprofessional. Very rude having attitude. Kept cutting me off, was not letting me speak. Did NOT let me address my concerns. I was speaking with the Doctor directly (Doctor Kim) and I told her "You are unprofessional, can you PLEASE let me speak? You're being rude, Are you going to let me talk?" She KEPT speaking over me! LIKE A CHILD and was RAISING HER VOICE! I was Shocked!..I had a Neuter Surgery for my cat Ginger. One of his incisions was closed, scabbing and healing (Left testicle). The other incision was not scabbing and was open exposing wet raw flesh on the day I picked him up (Right testicle). They said its normal, but it looked nothing like his left testicle. What If the wound gets dirty or litter gets inside? Only got pain medication and no antibiotics. They did not want to use/waste there precious and expensive surgical glue to close it. And NO! he was NOT LICKING THE WOUND!!! Should have taken him to a more expensive hospital for quality care. He shakes and trembles. Never should have tried to save money going to Western Animal Hospital. You pay for what you get I guess. In no way shape or form was I being rude to them! But I BET they're going to make ME look like a liar and the bad guy of course! Never coming here again! Neither should you. 0 STARS!

Senior staff speak negatively of there paying customers behind closed doors. Unclear if this location is a teaching facility. But I am under the impression students practice without disclosing so. Fees are inflated.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here , they charged me $100 to see my two cats when the vet came in he was only there for one minute. First impressions matter I didn’t feel that they engage you into a conversation or ask if you have any questions. I had to call the vet back and asked why the visit was so fast.I was concerned about my cats and wanted to know if they were healthy please don’t waste your time or money coming here.

You would think looking at all these horrible reviews and ratings, they would at least try to do things differently. From the rude front staff, to the vet who doesnt even bother to examine the pets physically, not to mention the condesending tone at base from the doctors and the staff. I wonder why she even got into profession in the first place. As a korean myself, I am embarrased and ashamed how this doctor conducts herself as a veterinarian.

Since my Dog is a Shelter Dog, I felt the Vet should have spent more time checking my ???? Dog! But aside from that I don't have anything negative to say.

so i did call the clinics about prescription for diet food for my dog and the receptionist ( or some vet!!!) told me i need to do blood tests first , i dont know why they think that you can let health of your pet become this bad that you can check issues via blood - to the person i was speaking: when blood render issues- its already bad state of health, i will not recommend this hospital to anyone with somewhat serious issues

The staff was extremely nice!!!! This is my third time taking my dog here and they are amazing each time. The guy who gave my dog his injection and coned him was super nice to me and especially to him. Their prices are told to you before charging you. They even break it down for you so you’re aware of what you are paying. They were even aware that my dog needed to renew his vaccines and informed me that I could email them the records of his previous vaccinations so they can also have it. It goes to show that they are a caring place and care for our pets well-being.

Dont recommend going here at all they charge you$100 dollor pet fee if you dont cancel your appointment because after days they will charge a cancel fee which is $100 money hungry I notice considering theres a pandemic very sad all the care about is over charging customers for proper care for there animals are very ridicules ..

They have a rescheduling fee apparently and they don’t tell you. I called today to reschedule my appointment and the so called manager tells me that she will charge me a fee of 25 dollars per pet. I was never told this. She says they tell this when we set up the appointment. I informed her I was not told this on the day of my appointment. She then puts me on hold and then comes back and tells me that I was told this and that I was also told again on the day of my confirmation I tell her I was not told this when I answered my call for confirmation it only took a few seconds and that the women who called literally said hi we are calling to inform you of your appointment at 3:30 we ask you to call us when you arrive so that we can let you know when your room is available to enter the office. I said ok and then that was it. Never nothing about a fee if I needed to reschedule. She then puts me on hold again. Comes back and accuses me that they did tell me and I have to pay it. For a so call “manager” she has poor customer service. I’m a general manager for me to take time an write a review on lack of service and doing right for the customer shows that class of workers there. PLEASE DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care about your pets’ needs. These people are scammers. They made me pay for something I didn’t need for my dogs instead of giving me the medication that they’ve gotten in the past that I went in to get again. Then they asked me to repay $50 each to see the doctor again in order to get what I asked for in the first place. They don’t care about your pet, only about making money.

부정적: 가격 대비 만족도, 품질 The front desk staffs, especially the thick voice woman, are extremely rude. Compared to other VETs, they over diagnose, expensive and are rude. I will share one recent example out of several. I purchased a year supply (4 boxes) of Bravecto for my dog last October (2020) from Western animal hospital. About 11 weeks ago I gave my dog the 3rd dose but he threw up after being excited with kids so I had to give him the 4th dose (the last box) the next day. A few days ago, I wanted to purchase the 4th dose thru chewy.com but the receptionist in Western animal hospital declined to give an approval to my order saying that my dog needs a physical exam before the prescription is given. I reminded her that my dog's physical is not due until October explaining the situation and the receptionist said that since they did not see him throwing up they could not approve the purchase thru chewy.com. So basically she was implying I was lying. At least I take it that way. I am changing the vet today.

By far the worst Veterinary clinic I've ever had the misfortune to go to. The female "Doctor" misdiagnoses, mistreats and overcharges for the most basic of procedures and is EXTREMELY rude. The front office staff are also extremely argumentative and react rudely to simple questions. What kind of animal hospital does this? Just close down if you hate animals, it's very simple. If you care about your pets, don't bring them here.

Absolutely horrible animal hospital. The Vet Doctor there is a garbage human being that treats clients like trash. The front staff is also unprofessional. They are extremely confrontational and don't care about the wellbeing of your animal. They only care about taking your money. I'm all for supporting local Korean businesses, but not this place. Maybe stop working in the vet industry if you hate your jobs/life that much? Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst service in town. Will schedule multiple appointments for the same time and make you wait hours. And then when they finally take you in- they will say please wait in the room and will go talk on the phone in the back for another 20 minutes to book more appointments. Will force you to pay for extra services. Very upsetting, they were not like that before and I loved the convenient location. Will have to find a new vet for all of my pets now.

Was not satisfied with my visit here. Went there to get vaccines and have a checkup for my dog but they didn’t even check her at all. She has trouble eating and we figured they would check her mouth and throat but all they did was touch her nose a bit and that’s it. Didn’t even tell us what might be wrong with her. Gave us other medicine that we didn’t ask for but hope will work because it was really expensive.

Extremely expensive. Will charge you for expensive stuff that your pet doesn’t even need, just to give you the wrong advise and false diagnosis.. The vet is so quick to give misdiagnosis and urge unneeded procedures just to make money, caring less about your pet’s real problem. The vet is simply unqualified and a big liar, or doesn’t know anything about veterinary (I don’t know which is worst). All I can say is: 1- Don’t believe everything they say about your pet’s condition. 2- BE READY TO SPEND A LOT $$$$ HERE (They are NOT affordable at all) 3- And most importantly GET A SECOND OPINION before you regret it..
