I really appreciate the groomer’s flexibility and kindness toward my cat. My Mimi is a handful when it comes to nail trims and grooming generally, a ferocious cat, but the groomer stayed calm. She even said, don’t worry about trimming her nails at home, just bring her here. I feel confident that my cat is receiving excellent care. We will continue to go here!

This the BEST cat groomer I’ve been to! The owner is so sweet and extremely good with cats. My kitty boy is usually a scaredy-cat but he was super relaxed even when he first walked in to the place. Clean and organized - there is only one cat at a time and we even played with my cat for a while outside at reception before getting him groomed. He seemed super happy afterwards too! So clean and fluffy! Highly recommend. :) * For those saying that the owner doesn’t pickup - you can text the number listed or book directly through the website. This is a one-person kinda place and she’s busy grooming kitties all day, but the online booking system is super easy!

I brought my cat here for the first time and absolutely loved the service and result. The lady who was there ( I didn't catch her name) was very friendly and you can tell she has such a big passion doing what she does and has huge love for cats! I would definitely bring my cat again, but we are relocating to Nevada, but I definitely recommend this place for every kitty in need of a bath!

Very careless and inmoral grommer. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Made cuts on my cat, also didn't clean nor disinfected after the previous cat.

My cat was an absolute terror and on her worst behavior, yet somehow this groomer remained calm and collected. I couldn't believe how outrageous my cat acted toward her and yet she was so lighthearted about it. She didn't overcharge me nor do I feel that she is the type to try to pull the wool over customer eyes. In fact, her pricing is incredibly fair for what she deals with. I'm really happy with my service and will be back, if she dare have me! :)

What an absolute gem. I’ve never met a more devoted, kind, and skillful cat groomer. She fed my kitty treats while he got a lions cut too. He was so happy when he left! And the cut looks amazing. Such attention to detail. You have a customer for life!

Such a great groomer! Mary was very gentle and kind to my cat. She would talk to my cat the entire bath, as if she was talking to a person. And she really knows what she is doing with cats. I think she really tried to connect with my cat and would speak really gently to my cat if she started to feel nervous. Plus she gave me some pointers about grooming and other things. I’m definitely going to bring my cat to Mary again! Wonderful place. Can’t say enough good things.

The most beautiful and gorgeous place to bring your Kitty for a professional grooming. My baby Mochi came out looking like an adorable lion. White as snow and so soft and huggable! Thank you very much Mary for doing such a superb job and treating my baby so kindly and professionally without even needing to sedate him. Sorry if my baby clawed you! I can't wait for this new customer of yours to come back for another grooming for my other black cat Oreo! ???? P.S. The bowtie we bought from you looks ADORABLE on Mochi! ????????????

BE AWARE! There is only one groomer/owner so yes we are talking about the same person. She seems nice up until you make a complaint. I don't even understand how it's possible to shave off my cat's nippIes, twice; however, her reaction was even more absurd. It's been a year that I've been taking my cat and all other rescue cats to this place After the first grooming, I noticed one of her top nippIe was diminished and had a black ring around it. I asked her, and she said there is nothing wrong with it; that it’s just some dead skin cell. I was like weird but ok since I never really saw a shaved off nippIe before. Last week she ended up shaving my cats nippIes AGAIN, 2 of them. She did not tell me; I found it out 2 days later, and it looked exactly as the first one, black ring around it, just that this time, she shaved off even deeply. I sent her message along with the pictures and her response was like I'm sorry, I was busy so I didn't pay much attention, I didn't know because it wasn't bleeding, I will do better next time. I was very upset that she did not take this matter seriously, I mean she shaved off my cat's nippIes and just continued to wash and blow dry her. My cat must have suffered an intense pain, and she is acting as if I was complaining about a bad haircut. She said "I said sorry, what else can I do," and I said at least other groomers tell customers to go to the vet, pays vet bill and refund the grooming fee or something. She repeatedly said going to the vet was totally unnecessary since there was no inflammation shown, and that was it. She said since she uses blade(clipper), all other customers come to her being aware that this kind of thing can happen and told me that this happens time to time so don't consider it as a BIG DEAL. Also told me the story about shaving off another cat's nippIe, and how she also told the customer that the vet won’t do anything about it. The day of the incident, there was another cat inside the cage with automatic blow dryer on, and her cellphone speaker was on with a loud sermon whatever. She just took my cat in without even cleaning the other cat's fur. After shaving the back of my cat, she left my cat on the table unattended, and took the other cat out and started to do the blow dry and finishing job. My cat got scared and jumped on to the screen door and one of her claw got stuck in the screen door handle and her body just dangled there. I was the one who got in and hold my cat because she didn't even know what happened since she was turned back busy blow drying the other cat. I didn't say anything about it that day and gave 25% tip hoping that she pays more attention to my cat next time. I told this matter while I was telling about the nipple thing and she told me not to complain about her handling 2 cats at once because that is her discretion, and tried to convince me again that claws of cats falls really easily, that shaving off cats nippIe and claw falling are the MOST COMMON THINGS THAT HAPPEN IN GROOMING SHOPS. At the end she tried to blame my cat. My cat is very shy and timid. She freezes when she is scared. And now she is blaming my cat saying she acted differently? I saw my cat, she was frozen with all that loud sound and distraction, and my cat could have acted differently than before during bath because she was in PAIN. She tried to convince me that she did not tell me because it didn't bleed, but my 2 vets told me OF COURSE IT BLEEDS, and that the groomer should've stop and let me know right away so that I can take her to the vet. My vet still wanted to check if my cat was ok, but my cat was so traumatized that she went crazy when I was trying to take her out, so the vet told me to monitor at home instead. Yes she "apologized" but after all these ridiculous excuses, her apology was just meaningless. My cat used to love getting belly rub but now she is so scared she is hidden behind the door most of the time and comes out only when she feels it’s safe. I truly wish no cat goes through the same traumatic situation that my cat experienced.

I've been calling and calling to make an appointment and the phone just rings. Am I supposed to drive up there for service? Very disappointing.

Amazing place ! Went in to get my cat’s nails trimmed today for the first time since I have adopted her. She is normally a very sweet shy girl, but apparently turns into a total monster when you try to clip her nails !! They handled her here with care and love (even though she kept hissing and trying to break free) and got the job done quickly ! Also, incredibly cheap service (only $5 for a nail trim) and they have a little shop with the cutest accessories for your kittens and some tasty treats for them as well. I will definitely be coming back here, and recommend it to everyone !

Our cat is a beautiful menace, and Mary handled him so well! Despite his somewhat ‘difficult’ behaviour, he came home looking beautiful and softer than he’s ever been. Thank you!

Mary is a wonderful cat groomer! We brought our cat Jinx in for a lions cut and her attention to detail was superb. Mary was friendly with our cat and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their cat groomed. The location is behind a car wash and parking is onsite.
