Always buy my kitties there tidy cats fresh step cat (litter) pellets and pee pad. I highly highly recommend if you have cats to buy the Tidy Cats Fresh Step box pallets and pads. You will never be walking on a sand party again because there's no sand involved it is a genius idea and a miracle in my life. I'm OCD I love cats and that sand was just a lot of work especially when you got three of them but once and everywhere all the time having sand parties. Plus they have really fun toys for my kitties cute beds and carriers. Honestly they got everything

Had a Great experience yesterday! I had several dog allergy related questions and there associate Perla was able to help me out with all of them. Very knowledgeable! Went home with a brand new Orijen dog food and some great tips to help my dogs skin and coat. Thank you Perla, very much appreciated ????????⭐️

Been buying pet food online at Centinela Pet. Tried Petco yesterday. Paid for all products with credit online. Went to pick up. Clerk could not find my order. Did some errands, and came back. Order was incomplete. I asked for a corrected receipt. Store could not provide that. At Centinela Pet if an item is not available they don't charge you for it. You are told it is unavailable. Their system is more efficient. Petco needs to improve so as not to inconvenience the customer.

This place is a peaceful oasis away from the noise and traffic of LA, when you need to tend to your pets needs. During the quarantine, even shopping for pet items at the time, the city carried a weight of depression and fear. I came here quite often during that time. My escape from the panic of being an essential worker. And the staff here were always kind, polite, helpful, and always had a smile. Even during that time. I'll never forget that. Now I usually do the order pickup. But sometimes I'll still take a moment to wander the aisles of pet goodies.

The people are great and do what they can with what they're given. The physical store is in bad shape. It looks like the corp office doesn't do much to repair tiles, take care of mold, replace/fix broken shelving. It lacks general upkeep that the workers there can't do, and it shows. Most of the other Petco's around have had improvements to the inside of the store, this one has not had anything noticeable for years. They're so much busier now too. You'd think that Petco would like to update the look of the store that looks like it's from the 90's.
