Poor communication and rude attitude at the front desk on top of demonstrating lack of skill and expertise with dogs

Got hired here unfortunately I wasn't able to stay due to personal issues but overall they are great people and they really take care of all the dogs definitely trustful people I would have no problem leaving my furry buddy here

Best dog care in LA. My puppy adored the place and wanted to go again. Will use it if we need day care. Lovely service. Excellent price point. Trustful. Dog loving.

A customer walked in as I was filling out the forms and he said he'd been using them for 7 years and highly recommended them! Great customer service, Garrett answered all my questions. Our dog doesn't love boarding since he is so pampered at home so we are always nervous to take him to a new place. We loved the idea of the cage free environment and having someone there all the time since he likes attention from people more than dogs. We just picked him up and they didnt disappoint. He was very happy and not pouting like he normally does. He was clean and fluffy and ready to go. Our flight was delayed so they even allowed for a late night pickup so we didnt have to wait another night. Excellent service and a happy dog. We will be back for sure.

Cagefree K-9 camp is a great place to go see puppies up for adoption. I had a great experience visiting with Ren, a puppy I'm interested in adopting. The staff was very informative and helpful with questions we had. If we don't get this puppy, I would still use them as a source for our next option.

Nigel loves this place. Once he walks through the front door there's no turning back and it's like I never existed. I'm always happy to know that Nigel is safe and happy while I'm working all day.

Expensive. I was shopping around for a good dog daycare and checked this place out. I liked the look of the place and the staff. They only let you see the facility during a small 4 hour window which was tough to do when you work all day. I didn't like that--when I come see your place to do business with you, let me see where my dog will be all day. There should not be limitations. I chose another location

Our miniature poodle Ginger is being trained there right now. They are patient, loving, and caring.

We have enjoyed taking our puppy here the few times we've needed to. They'll send pictures of her hanging out with the other dogs and she's always looks thrilled!

The staff are very friendly but the place smells of urine about half the time I go and my dog comes out smelling awful. You either need to spring for them to wash you dog or do it immediately after picking them up.

We adopted our dog through Cage Free's rescue group. He's missing a leg so when we go out of town, we feel very comfortable taking him back to the people that know him as well as we do. The staff is sweet, caring, personable, and honestly care about each dog that comes in. We can't imagine taking them elsewhere!

Always a pleasure working with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Cagefree! We drive all the way from the Valley to use this facility for boarding. Our dog loves the interaction and socialization, and we love the piece of mind knowing he's constantly supervised. He always comes home exhausted but with a big smile on his face. They aren't breed discriminatory and actively aid in rescue/adoption efforts.

My 2 doodles LOVE this place! We take them here about 5 times a year for about a week or so when we go out of town. They get sooo excited when I say "Are you guys ready to go to CAMP!" The staff always remembers my dogs by name when we walk in the door which is very reassuring. Cagefree K9 Camp has been our go to spot for about 7 years and we couldn't be happier to have such a safe and loving place for our dogs. Our children also get so excited to watch all the other doggies play when we drop them off and pick them up.You can really tell the staff loves the dogs here. They also have a dog rescue that saves them from local shelters and finds them loving homes.

Cage free is run by a husband and wife duo who you can tell are passionate and very knowledgeable about animals. Walter, my english lab, loves this friendly courteous staff, wide open playing spaces, indoor/outdoor flow, and cleanliness. The owners are receptive to any questions I have about my dog and his sometimes peculiar behavior. I can rest easy daily knowing Walter is in good hands while I am at work. I'm lucky to have found Cage free and would recommend to any discerning dog owner.

My dog was here for 3 weeks over the holidays and I couldn't be happier that I found my dog's new home away from home. I was very impressed with the extremely personalized and professional level of service I received. They went above and beyond what I expected. The tour of the facility on my initial visit was thorough, informative and impressive. The entire facility was immaculate, all the dogs looked happy and well looked after, and the amount of friendly staff was shocking (over 30 employees according to the tour). I had to extend my stay due to personal reasons which led to my dog running out of his specific prescription diet. They called me a couple of days before it ran out and told me they could go out and pick up an additional bag for me from my vet without my even having to call and ask. WOW!! I received great pictures and videos throughout my dog's stay which really put me at ease and let me see how happy my dog was. My dog also got a walk every day and some training to brush up on his obedience. The trainer sent me weekly emails updating me on the status of my dog's training, which was great. When I picked up my dog he was super clean and fluffy from his bath. Everyone that passed through the lobby knew him by name and he seemed to love them all. They run a top notch operation that has friendly staff, excellent service and an overwhelming love of dogs. Do your dogs a favor and take them to Cagefree K9 Camp.
