Love this place!!! If you're looking for a groomer this is the place to come to!! My dog hates getting his hair done! This place makes my dog feel relax with no anxiety. They do a great job on him!! Check them out!!

Have been bringing my dog here since moving to the San Fernando Valley almost 2 years ago. They are all very welcoming and my dog likes it here, never problems to go in the back and likes the groomers. I have taken him to other places and he wasn't comfortable there and howled when leaving him. Glad he is as happy here as I am.

Awesome people and they took excellent care of my puppy for his first time at groomers. You can tell that they love animals.

Excelente lugar para llevar a tu perrito si es muy nervioso o si es su primera vez , saben cómo tratar a los perritos y tienen mucha paciencia cuando los perritos no se dejan agarrar, saben cómo calmarlos y cuando los recoges salen muy contentos nada estresados felicidades sigan así, a mi copper y a mi nos encantó el servicio que dan sin duda nueva clienta 100%. This pet groomer is such a great place to take your dogs if they are nervous, or if it is their first time being groomed. The employees know how to treat dogs and they have a lot of patience with them if the dog does not want to be touched. The employees know how to calm them down and when they’re ready for pick up, your dog comes out of the store ready to play! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience for not only me but my dog, Copper! I applaud you for the wonderful service and you 100% have a new client!

I paid $95.00 for a bath and touch up and nothing was done to my dogs but a bath nails were long face no touch up it was horrible very unsatisfied they didn't even deserve the whole star

I honestly never rate, but this has been the best experience I have ever had with my dog. She always come out great! The people here are super nice and professional, I am always happy to take my dog here.

I love this place because it was a nice clean place and I trusted the owners to take good care of my dog. It was his first time at a groomers and I was really impressed with what he was. I'm really glad that they have affordable prices because all the other groomers had crazy prices up to $60! And Wash My Dog only cost me $55 for the whole spa. They did a cut and bathe plus goodies like face mask and anal gland. They even trimmed my dogs nails for only $5 more!! I'm very happy that I have a groomers place to come back to ????.

This place is great! Their prices are reasonable and our 12lb. terrier mix always comes out looking good. She never hesitates going in which to me really says something about how your pet is treated. Everyone we’ve encountered there is friendly and attentive to your requests and concerns. We’ve been going there for several months now and will definitely continue.

It has been extremely hard to find a place I trust to cut my pugs nails because she is extremely against it. Places I have taken her to have ended up cutting her and making her fear it even more. Staff is really nice here and reassured me she would be okay. They did a amazing job w her and would recommend this place for sure.

We recently welcomed a new member to our family, and as a member of our family I wanted nothing but the best for him. I found different groomers around my area, but a lot of them had bad reviews. So I obviously didn’t want to take him there. Wash My Dog was the only one that I found that had great reviews. All I can say is I was not disappointed not one bit. The staff there is amazing and friendly. Fluffy is treated so well, he’s always gets excited when he get there’s. Prices are reasonable, staff does an amazing job. I will definitely recommend this place.

I can’t stop smiling and sniffing on my dogs LOL! This place is the BEST I have ever taken them to without a doubt! I MUST take a moment to rant and rave over the groomers and staff at Wash My Dog in the valley! Look at how AMAZING my babies look???? I am so extremely pleased with their work, kindness, attention to detail and skill. I honestly don’t think my fur kids have ever looked or smelled this good in all the years I have had them (10-13yrs). I believe I have found my new groomers!!! I just wish I would have gotten all of their names. Paula set up my appointment at the Sylmar location❤️❤️❤️ These two little guys are strutting around like they KNOW they look good???? When you walk in the place is a modern doggie indoor park, love the look. The employees were really super kind and well informed. A little price but its worth it. They also offer doggie daycare.
