I like this place! Staff is great and they leave my doggie's coat shiny, nails nicely clipped, with a nice scent and a colorful bandanna included. Gotta call to make an appt but they return the call quickly.

Something changed..use to he great. Mismanaged time... with appt, my dog was there 6 hours and looked weird with botched grooming job. Nope, not going back.

Mikayla and Ty were absolutely amazing. They helped walk us through everything. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. So if your looking for a new pupper come to puppy palace!!!

Melissa and team are always so welcoming and pleasant. My dogs are a little nervous so she is very patient. They come home excited and smelling great.

Best groomer in Granada Hills. If my dog likes it I like it too! Super friendly and they treat your dog with red carpet treatment. Clean, courteous and best people service you get from the staff.

Really great service but really hard to get a appointment. ???? my dog, Lola has little shorter coat than I would want. But it is a easy affordable business.

I have a weird, kind of finicky haircut for my dog Moss and they nailed it perfectly the first time. He looks and smells AMAZING. I am over the moon with his haircut! Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!!!!

Great service, friendly staff and quick service. We have been taking our family dogs here for the last 15+ years. Highly recommend. Will continue bringing our dogs here.

Best Experience for my second generation of Bichon Frise doggies. The dogs always get a great grooming, and clean look all around. The groomers are extremely patient and courteous to pets, and they do a perfect job. The charges for services here are extremely reasonable compared to big box pet stores. I love this place and feel lucky to have them close to my home. My highest recommendations and best luck to Puppy Palace. J-Patel

Super friendly staff and they do a great job! My dogs always come out looking super cute and happy from there. I have two Maltipoos and the charge me $45/dog for a full grooming service (bath, haircut, nails, etc).
