Vip Pet Shop Los Angeles, California

I just got a puppy, and I needed to vaccinate her. After calling a few places, they had the lowest price for vaccines & their customer service is very good too!

Been there a few times honestly the lady is rude and she tell you anytime you have to have a appointment and she won't let us book basically kicked us out she also did not seem to have any customers and she still did not want to take my dog I have a small dog. Anyway I went again but checked to see if it was someone else and now 8ts the dude same BS we need to make a appointment I tried to make a appointment they do not pick up I went hoping to find a time slot and they said they are booked I told him I would return tomorrow same thing I called and nothing strait to voicemail I went again and explained that I called and tried to set up a appointment but no he said no appointment no service most places take any dog as long as they are up to date with vaccines but this place did not even care to check so this place is a big no and to the owners of this place I know you are going to see this but you guys lack pride and service I could easily recommend 5 shops better and I think I will list them

Me and my husband just went in for shots and the woman does the actual shot herself no charge . Everything in there is great prices . She was a very sweet lady and we will definitely come back . She’s trustworthy and very genuine about wanting to care for pets . Muchísimas gracias !!

Last Monday afternoon, I went to this pet shop to buy some stuff for my lovely dog. I was so happy when you have it at a very friendly price. I also thanked your staves for being so friendly to me. What a nice service! I am always thankful to you guys for being so helpful. Highly recommendable pet shop in the area!

Horrible place don’t come here!! The lady working has a horrible personality. I went in to get my dogs hair trimmed I waited 2 hrs and I called because I hadn’t received a call from the store to come pick up my dog. As soon as I call her she tells me I called you 3 times and even left a voicemail so I’m going to have to charge you $15 more on top of the $65. I got to the shop and I explained I never got a call. She’s like no I called with her bad attitude. Also when I got my dog back she cried and jumped on me. It also has me questioning if they did anything to her. I do not recommend.

I brought my 5 week old puppy here. First time coming here was excellent. They were pretty quick and were very kind. The owner is really good with the dogs and was spot on with everything. I highly recommend this place for puppies.

Awesome family they really great in what they do

The ladies running the shop don’t even bother smiling at you , I’m all about customer service .. If you can’t greet your customers don’t work at a place that involves interacting with people they checked my pup out through on a half eaten leash on her then pulled her into the back , over priced for them to spray some smelly car freshener type scent. Disappointed with the workers , job was okay besides the smell . Will probably pay less or about the same at a more professional, trusting place .. Won’t be coming back

Everybody was very nice and super friendly. The prices for their service are pretty good/cheap but are of quality. Gone back a few times already.

Went in therefore a collar ended up walking out with a couple more things happy that I found what I was looking for

The employees are so Rude there if they dont even treat the customers with respect just imagine how they treat our pets! Just horrible

Nunca voy a regresar! Honestly my 5 year sister could do a better job. If you want waste money for a distasterous grooming come here. I know its expensive elsewhere but its worth it because the vip pet shop people are unprofessional who could get your dogs sick and even get them fleas. Bad business...

Rudest employees I've ever met cannot believe their customer service.

Horrible! No vengan. My dogs came in for a flea wash and they called me in an hour. The puppies came out looked like they were sprayed and they still were dirty. I called them and asked what happend. The groomer said no one could take out all of the fleas and that its more like a quick rinse than a flea wash. All in all customer service was not worth it and neither was ther service. Please take your pets somewhere were they will take care of them. The accept dogs without vaccines ,dangerous for other dogs.

Good price in dog grooming

I know this place for over 10 years i took my dog there a long time algo .And she did a great job. I'm taking my new dog there to get a hair cut .The shots are very affordable there ,the price of the hair cuts are also very affordable . These people work very hard on doing a good job on all the animals they get.

Good reasonable (affordable) prices. Great customer service. They take care of your pet right away. They don't do rabbis shots but they will definitely refer you to other places.

I've been taking my Luna at VIP pets for two years. And it's a wonderful service.
