The older guy working there is a perv and the lady is always mad I went twice to get some food for my pet and I couldn’t help feeling bad for the animals in such crowded conditions and so uncomfortable he was staring at my daughter bitting his lip.

The way they treat their animals is cruel a tucán in a small cage I am disgusted. I also got a couple birds and they were sick and died the next 2 days. I understand it’s a Buisness but it is not ok to mistreat the animals, bad customer service

They don’t have pictures of the inside. There’s reason. It is very crowded on the inside and very dirty compared to other bird stores. The birds are a bit overpriced and some look very sad and scared. And the lady is rude unless you’re buying without asking questions. But if you’re there to buy a bird, do so. So they can make it into a home and not be there for years.

I always get my crickets here and all of my reptiles love them! I don't know what it is about these crickets they love so much, but theyre their favorite. They have a wide selection of birds. Very friendly owners and good prices ????

Was so disturbed going into this store , wish I could take all the animals birds were sick, and animals were over crowded I honesty don’t understand how people can own a shop for animals and not take proper care for them .. smh ! I wouldn’t even give this store a 1 star .

I got my puppy shots and he was informative and friendly will go again for second shots.

It is a great shop for bird and bird supplies the only down side is that you have to visit personally to know what they have. The customer service is great.

Unfortunately, one of the closer places I soley buy supplies but I can't keep looking away from the conditions of the birds as well as other small animals. The hamsters were stuffed in am aquarium up to the point of them being right on top of each other. The birds are in cramped conditions. I don't know why they have such a large stock when I don't see them having the business to need the supply they have. It makes me sad I want to support my local businesses but I can't keep looking away. Please clean up and do better. Animals are more than making money.

Best Prices in town. I ALWAYS buy my Canaries and Bird Food here. The birds sell fast I rarely see the same Birds.

This is the worst pet store I have ever been to in my life.The animals are so awfully cared for I would never wish this place on my worst enemy the birds are so depressed looking and feather plucked they are all sick and look like they are on the verge of death they all act scared to death this is the worst I have ever seen an animal be kept in it is pure animal abuse and needs to be stopped

It was ssssssooo bad in there the animals looked so sick and died the bird where in very bad conditions.and the people who work there are very rude. I asked the girl why are the animal like these and she just gave me dirty look and her dumb son slaming a mirror at the animals.???????????????? please people do something about it please they need our help.

Horrible just horrible, absolutely no care for their animals what so ever in cramped cages some of the birds are even plucking their own feathers from the stress they have to deal with and they have reptiles in just horrible enclosures with overcrowding and so much more.

The owner is always claiming that he has been robbed and offers my mother diff birds all the time. And then he's a pervert and a flirt???? other then that the stuff here is "ehh...ok"

They will get up and help you if you buy .
