The employees were all so very helpful and informative.

This is my go to place when my dog needs grooming. The staff is friendly and the prices are competitive. They also have great options for dog food.

This is a great place for cat food

So I went to Petsmart the other day to fullfill an order...my customer ordered a 15 pound bag of dogwood I found the home for that brand pretty quick so I started to look for the specific flavor and was not able to find it there was probably like 5 employees in the store I was the only customer in the store at that time and you know that not one them had the brains to say hello...goodmorning....can I help you with anything...no they just let me go in circles...like a dog chasing its tail...I gave up looking, grabbed the 5poundbbag of the flavor that my customer requested and took it to the lady at the register and asked her if they had it in a 15pound bag...she was really nice and walked me to the area where I was searching and asked her coworker and he looked at the small bag I had and said oh its right here...but he was mistaken...he finally found the right home for where my pick was (it was plugged)and he didn't even scan the tag...he just said were out!!!Useless!!!If it wasn't for the lady at the register I would of gave them 1 star

Couldn't find what I looked for. Disappointed.

So i come in here very often and I had made an appointment with a groomer for 11am this was my first time so I walk in and gave my name and puppy name the employee informed me that my groomer don’t get there till 11am I had got there 20min early she said I can walk around or just wait so I walked around till 11:02 I walked back in the grooming area and the employee in the front asked that i wait on the red dot due to someone inside due to Covid protocol I said ok and waited outside so fast forward 20min go by i see to customer inside 2 dogs so I walk in to ask when I will be see and that I came in 20min ago and the girl says you never came in I told yes you had asked me wait on the red dot … her response was I”VE NEVER SEEN YOU IN MY LIFE ..and continue to dispute it, I was dumbfounded I then said ive been here before 11 she then replied with so has everyone else so don’t know what you want me to tell you.. so I stepped out and about 2 min later an employee came out and asked for my dogs vaccine card I told her no thanks I’ll cancel she was like oh that’s your problem I was wowed! So I then asked for the manager explained to him how I was treated as I was leaving one of the groomers told an employee I swear I’m going to choke this dog!….. I will never bring my dog here!! Horrible experience horrible customer service and witness a groomer tell an employee she wants to choke a dog… wow!!

I love this PetSmart location there always nice and helpful. I love buying betta fish there thats my favorite fish pet. And the dog grooming is awesome there and baithing. Ask for Liz shes great with dogs.

Never do pick up online at this location. They're extremely slow at getting it done, and once you're there don't even acknowledge it. SMH. Bad experience.

Had a good experience, went and bought stuff for my new puppy. Employees helped me with any questions I had and gave me their opinion on stuff I should buy for my new puppy. Very much appreciated.

Lack of customer service. Was put on hold 4 times before someone answered. When someone finally answered they refused to help me. My request was quick and simple (just needed to know the availability of an animal) but apparently they were just too busy to help out a customer..?

Great services they alway have what I need

I went to buy some bedding for my guinea pigs and I noticed that they had this adorable male guinea pig which I was interested in purchasing, I made line and I informed one of the cashiers and she notified me that she would be asking one of her coworkers to help me out since there was nobody on the floor to help out. I waited for over 20 minutes (during these 20 minutes a worker just passes by not even acknowledges my family and I) and we keep waiting until we ask the cashier once more for help and she replies with "EVERYONE IS BUSY" right after this she goes and helps a family that was there way after us. Sadly I had to walk away without any of my items and the guinea pig. Really poor customer service and nobody on the floor to help!

Love taking my fur baby for her Spaw Day there. She gets pampered, cleaned and loved all the time.

Dog training classes are great.

I needed to find a muzzle for my wild child who's teething and I found it within 5 minutes. Aisles all labeled and products easy to find. Register your phone number with them and get a discount. Pricing a little high but worth it for hard to find items items. Pet lovers dream.

Staff very friendly & attentive....

The staff and employees are great and extremely helpful. My only nag would be a slight change in overall cleanly less, now it could have been a off day for the cleaning crew or something or perhaps some accident occurred with a animal but there was a bit of a overall stench in the place mixed with what seemed like moisture lingering somewhere.
